We gathered in the main control room like usual, Hunk immediately falling asleep in his chair and I made no move to stop him.
Instead I listened as blade members and the other Paladins came up with a plan."I think we've got something here. It's dangerous and there are a lot of moving parts, but if we can coordinate everything just right, then—"
"Zarkon's reign will be at an end, and the savagery that's poisoned our universe can finally be cleansed. You've done it, Shiro." Kolivan spoke turning to my fiancé.
"We did it together." Shiro insisted holding his arm out, Kolivan hesitated for a second before grasping Shiro's outstretched arm."As long as we all stick to the plan, it should work." Allura spoke eyeing Kolivan and I looked up to her from beside Keith.
"It will work. Perhaps, then, you'll learn that not all Galra are as bad as Zarkon." Kolivan spoke and I watched as Allura looked over to the boy beside me who was looking at the base of the projector.
"Don't worry you've done nothing wrong Keith." I whispered quietly to the Korean male who looked at me from the side of his eyes.
"Positive?"
"Positive." I whispered back with a nod."So, what's the plan?" Hunk asked and I saw Lance smirk. Lance proceeded to go all out explaining the plan acting, voices, and everything.
"Wow. So, this is it."
"I guess the only question is, when do we strike?" Pidge asked.Coran pulled up something and the projection changed to show the inner workings of a teludav.
"As soon as we build a teludav big enough to wormhole Zarkon's ship." Coran spoke.
"Oh, man. The teludav again? Does that mean we need more scaultrite?"
"That's just one of the many things we'll need." Allura explained to Hunk who had asked the question.
"Am I, uh... Am I sensing a trip back to the space mall here?" Hunk asked almost hopeful, I take that back. Extremely hopeful.
"I'm afraid not. This is gonna take a lot more scaultrite than we can find at any Unilu shop. For this plan to succeed, we're gonna need to split up." Coran spoke.Keith and Hunk were our first to leave. Hunk and Pidge were aggressively shaking each other's arms as they cried, what I would love to hope is crocodile tears. Shiro and Keith clasped a hand and pulled each other into a hug, while the rest of us (not mentioned) watched on.
"We all have a task to do. Keith, Hunk, you'll be in charge of getting the scaultrite. If any one of us fails, the entire plan fails." Coran explained as Pidge came over to my side.
"So you know, no pressure." I muttered quietly as Pidge nudged me.Keith and Hunk left, Hunk giving one last nervous smile before they took off, the yellow lion wormholing away.
The other three were next and we headed to Blues hangar. I watched as Pidge pet the mouse good bye, and I looked up to Shiro.
I pressed a kiss to his cheek as Lance turned to look at Allura.
"So, uh, how about a kiss for good luck?" Lance asked cocky and smug as always, leaning forward for a kiss from Allura, making very exaggerated kissing noises.
Coral frowned picking, I think Platt up, and pressed the mouse against the Cuban males lips. He looked horrified as he opened his eyes. They left and I waved a final goodbye as they left in a wormhole.
Me next.
The remaining three of us, the three alteans headed down to Aquas hangar and I hugged both a goodbye before leaving in Aqua, not looking back."Okay girl, lets wormhole." I spoke as she opened a wormhole. We entered and I smiled.
Not to brag but I think I got off pretty easy. Keith and Hunk are getting scaultrite, Lance, Shiro, and Pidge are getting some engineer from a galra prison. Allura's getting crystals from the Balmera, I have no idea what Coran's doing.
But me, going back to the ice planet, something about my crystal earrings being enough to power up hole sectors of the teludave."Hello ice planet again." I sighed out as we exited the wormhole.
"Don't worry Aqua, it's fine. I just don't want something to happen again." I breathed out as Aqua purred trying to calm me down before I could actually work up any emotions.
