I woke up to the sun shining bright throughout the room
I groaned loudly and straightened up on my bed and rubbed my eyes like a child

Just then my phone started vibrating since I had put it on silent in the middle of the night

"Really?", I murmured as I picked it up. I was stunned by the voice I heard
"Good morning sunshine"
"Good morning Liam.", I smiled
"How are you doing?", he asked carefully, as if trying not to upset me
"Great, you?"

"Meh. Mia ordered me to call you this morning so I did", for some reason my heart sank at the fact that he was forced to call me...I wanted it to be his decision but I guess he's still mad at me

"Okay. Is there anything you wanted to tell me?? I'm going for a shower if there isn't"
"No, there isn't. I'll call later", he answered rather quickly
"Whatever" I immediately hung up and threw my phone on the bed

Why did I feel annoyed at the fact that it wasn't his decision to call me?
I dismissed all those thoughts and immediately went to take a quick shower

15 minutes later I was out of the bathroom and getting dressed
I am soo irresponsible right? I seriously was in such a hurry that I did pack enough clothes

I sighed and threw on what I had. I have to go shopping later
I was just about to go and eat breakfast when I heard a knock on my door

"Come in!" I yelled feeling annoyed
"Hope I'm not bothering you, ma'am. You ordered room service earlier so I'm here"

"First of all, yes you are a bother. Secondly, is this a sick joke or something?.. Cause I didn't order room service... You may leave now sir.", I snapped and glared at him, expecting him to apologize and leave.
He looked around the room like he was searching for something
I grew impatient and snapped my fingers at him

"The door is that way mister", I pointed in the direction of the door

He looked around once more and reluctantly left
I closed the door behind him and rolled my eyes
"Typical", I muttered before grabbing my purse, phone, power bank, and earpiece

I left my room and locked my door.
I decided to take a walk today and left my car at the hotel
"New York is a beautiful city", I muttered and started towards the mall

Why the hell couldn't I stop thinking about her? She rejected me...she made it clear that she didn't want me. So why the fuck do I keep thinking about Blanca

I called her this morning just to hear her voice, but I lied to her that Mia has asked me to do it. I don't want her to think I can't survive without her

"Liam!!", Mia whined, pulling me out of my thoughts

"What is it, princess?"

She giggled. "Stop making me blush"

She immediately stopped and turned away

"Oh...I completely forgot that blacks don't blush", she said sadly

"Well at least you don't look like a tomato every time a guy flirts with you", I counted and she laughed again

"Don't say that", she said between laughs. "Blushing is beautiful"

"And so are you, Mia"

She smiled at my compliment and hugged me

"She'll come around... I promise"

"Who?!", she didn't answer me and just started out of my room

"It's time for training, let's go"

"I'll be out soon princess"

"Alright, take your time your majesty", she laughed and left

Mia is my princess, but Blanca...she will forever be my queen, the queen of my heart
No matter how much she rejects me

I went to the garden in only sweatpants
"Hello your Majesty", Mia teased and curtseyed

"Hi princess. Loving the view?", I said when I realized she was gawking at me

"You know, it's rude to stare", I smirked and she immediately averted her eyes

"Shut it!", she snapped and punched me playfully

I grinned at her and she punched me again, but this time she took the playful out of the punch

"Ouch! Mia!", I whined and rubbed the spot she punched

She snickered and walked towards the targets since today we had shooting practice

We started and she hit her first target perfectly
"So Liam, twenty questions?", she asked as we moved on to her next target

"Sure", I answered and stood behind her

"Raise your hand a bit", I said as I pushed her hand up
"Alright Liam, I'll start. What was the funniest thing you ever saw or did back at college"
I laughed at her question and pinched her cheek

"So there was this girl Olivia I kinda had a crush on. Blanca hated her so I never really took initiative... But one day, when I was having lunch with Blanca, she came and just sat down and started eating with me, not that minded though.

"She didn't even glance in Blanca's direction and she kept flirting with me and all of a sudden, she jolted up and spilled B's juice all over her white dress. Blanca got up and when Olivia started her dramatic apologies Blanca pulled her hair", I laughed at the memory

Mia turned around and smacked the back of my head

"And you, Romeo? What were you doing to calm Blanca down...or to stop her from murdering your crush?", she raised an eyebrow

I laughed and shrugged. "Nothing. Because Olivia deserved it. After all, she turned Blanca's white dress red. B was upset. And I thought that I shouldn't interrupt since B was in attack mode. But I had to pull Blanca off her eventually", I smiled at the thought of how Blanca screwed Olivia up that day

Hundreds of questions later, we were finally done with training for the day

"Okay last question", Mia said for like the hundredth time as she settled on her bed in her room and I sat on the couch.

I was seriously starting to wonder if she knows what last means

"Yes I do know what last means", she laughed and I realized I said my thoughts out loud.

"Alright. Go ahead princess"

"Who are you in love with?"

I sighed. "Where is this question coming from?"

"Uh..from my brain?", she deadpanned, causing me to roll my eyes at her

"I'm in love with Blanca Vermont", I said quietly

"Really? No, I soo didn't know. I thought you were dating Beyoncé", she laughed

I rolled my eyes again and got up from her couch

"I'm leaving princess. Don't forget to eat something", I left her room still wondering why she asked me that question
