Even though I'm her mother, she has no regard for my feelings. Like I am a piece of garbage to her.
I walked by her father's old office which is now her office to find her talking to our men.

"...Suarez, it is important that we go there when they are not ready for our arrival", I overhead Blanca saying
"Yes ma'am. We will make a plan for them, the Moneros are going down. ", Suarez said

"Easier said than done baby. So don't blow it, or else you know what I'll do", Blanca threatened and Suarez shivered. I walked in like I had not heard anything

"What are you doing here Bianca??", she asked looking annoyed
" I heard that you found the Moneros, so I came to give you my blessings and my approval", I said that just to spite her.

She scoffed "Oh thank you Sarah, mother of all nations. I will cherish this moment for life. Blessing my ass", she uttered making me want to cry. This is what I mean by she has no regard for my feelings. Just when she was about to say something she got a call from someone and it seemed serious.

"What??!", she yelled after receiving what I guessed was disturbing news she ran out of her office and I could have sworn on my late husband's grave that I saw a teardrop but she ran out so fast that I could not confirm

" Suarez, when she comes back home come and let me know", I said walking out

💗Blanca💗
I ran to the hospital after hearing the bad news. A man called me from Liam's phone and told me that Liam had been in an accident near the Prime Time Night Club, where we had met yesterday. I immediately felt a pang of guilt but I let it go as I walked into the hospital.

"Liam Martinez", I said as I got to the front desk

"He's in room 101. It's that way.", she answered pointing towards the direction of the room
I was about to go when she called after me

"Madam?"
"Yes, nurse?", I answered, turning around

"Please, who are you to the patient?"
"Umm... I'm his boss. Is that all?", I asked
"Well ma'am please write your name here and sign", she said giving me a piece of paper

I signed it and turned around to leave. I got to room 101 and entered. I immediately felt a wave of guilt, Liam is an orphan and I was his only close friend but I broke his heart.
I was turning around to leave when he held my hand

"Where do you think you are going?", he asked weakly
I turned around and he tried to sit up, but I stopped him

"Liam be careful", I said glaring at him and helping him sit up
" You did this to me B", he said, whiles taking my other hand
"What the hell did I do?", I said, almost yelling

" Hey! Lower your voice B. This is a hospital", he said smirking
"I see, so you got into this accident to get my attention right?", I exclaimed
"I swear, if I knew that this would get your attention, I would have attempted suicide", he said again now grinning widely

"Shut it, son of a bitch.", I shrieked and pulled away from his grip
" So B, what made you "grow up". You have become a whole new person", he said getting all serious
I guess he felt it was a sensitive topic because he apologized

"Blanca I am sorry. If you don't wanna talk about it it's cool.", he said quietly
I sighed heavily and began speaking
"It was a month ago. My dad went on a business trip to New York. He was shot on his way to strike a deal with someone in New York City", I was on the edge of tears at the moment but I blinked them back immediately and continued "He was shot by his rival, Christopher Monero. And since then I've been out to find the Moneros and make them pay.

My father was brought back to Texas on his request or else he would have probably survived. So I decided to cut ties with everyone I knew so that I can focus on my main and only goal, killing the Moneros.", after I said that, the nurse came in and did a check up on him

"Miss Vermont, Mr. Martinez will be able to get back to work in a week or so.", she said and smiled before leaving

"Work? What was that nurse even talking about? My work has nothing to do with you", he said looking confused

"Well um...when they asked about how I'm related to you I said you are my employee and I'm your boss. At the moment, I was in a hurry but now I'd like to make it true. So here is the question, would you like to work for me?", I asked softly
"Well...no I wouldn't like to work for you..."
