I finally got them out of my life. The morning after the completion of my mission Liam woke me up with the most surprising greeting

"Happy Birthday!!!", he screamed
I groaned and turned on my stomach and covered my ears with my pillow, but no, Liam did not leave me alone.

Even I had forgotten what today means to me and since I had already done all I needed to do, I decided to loosen up a bit and be nicer to Li.

"C'mon Blanca wake up"
"Li!", I exclaimed and woke up and what I did next even shocked me, I hugged Liam

"Thank you", I murmured into his neck

"Ohh, so you finally accept me as your boyfriend?"

I slapped his back and smiled a little but I did not let Liam see it. I pulled away and got off my bed and into my bathroom, lucky me my morning breath isn't that bad. I looked into my mirror and frowned. That girl looking back looked sick. I immediately brushed my teeth and took a bath.

When I came out, a box was sitting on my bed with a note on it.
'Please wear the dress and come downstairs. I know you don't like dresses but this one is special. Li'

I caught myself smiling at the note so I put it down and took the dress out of its box. It was beautiful. It was a black flare dress, with laze-like short shoulder sleeves. It covered the chest completely so it was perfect for me.

I put the dress on and did my make-up. I let down my black, straight hair and went downstairs. As I entered the living room everyone started singing for me.

"Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you."
"Thank you guys", I answered.

Everyone who worked for me gave me a present. So did Liam and my mother.

We ate breakfast together and Liam made jokes almost the whole time, so much so that it was hard to not choke on my food

"Liam stop, I'll choke on my food", I tried to sound stern but Liam just started tickling me.
"Do you still want me to stop??", he asked, laughing

"Yes please"
"I'll stop on one condition"
"What?"
"Go on a date with me?"
"Okay, but I don't wanna wear the dress"

When I said that he stopped laughing but instead a huge grin appeared on his face.

"So I guess you're cool with that"
"Yeah, I am. And I know you said that so that I change my mind about the date. Not gonna work sweetheart.", he smiled and pinched my cheek.
I sighed and went upstairs to my bedroom.

Like ten minutes later, Liam came in.
"Could you hurry up? I never knew you were one of those girls", he teased. I was in the bathroom like I knew he would come into my bedroom

"What the heck do you mean by that?", I yelled from the bathroom
"I just mean those girls who take hours just to do their make-up ", he laughed

"Oh, I see. Well I'm not one of those girls and I never even wear make-up", I retorted, coming out of the bathroom

"How do I look"
"Stunning", he said smiling

After the " date"
"No way, Natalya was the biggest diva in school. I swear I never had a crush on her", Liam rambled

"Yeah right, of cour-", my voice trailed off when I saw a girl running towards our car, and then she stopped right in front of the car

"Li stop!!", I yelled

"What the heck??"
The girl ran to my side and started talking

"Please help me. Some men are chasing me. Please help me", she huffed

"Huh??", I asked confused but then I saw some men coming "okay I'll save my questions for later, get in the car. I'll teach them a lesson.", I continued getting out of the car and ignoring Liam's screams

" Excuse me can I help you", I asked as they stopped in front of my car
"We are looking for a girl who came running this way", one of them answered

"Describe her"
"She's a black girl"

I immediately slapped him
"Black girl?? You better describe her properly before I beat you both black and blue"

"She is tall and slim. Has long black hair and she is very curvy", he answered still holding his cheek
"And what do you want with her??", I asked angrily

"That's for us to know and for you to find out. Now we know she is in the car, bring her out. She's black therefore it wouldn't matter if we kill her or continue to assault her", almost immediately my senses were lit on fire and I beat up those two clowns.

I hopped into the car and looked at the girl behind us
"Li drive", I said and started talking to the girl

"What is your name?"
"I'm Mia. I wanna ask what you're gonna do with me. And I hope it has nothing to do with prostitution.", she rambled on and on

"Sweetheart, I don't deal with prostitutes. Unless you wanna count this idiot, then yeah I have one prostitute with me." I answered and she laughed "but I wanna know why those men were chasing you"

Her face turned pale as she explained that she has been their sex slave for as long as she can remember and that she finally got away from them

"So you need a job, huh?", I asked and she looked hopeful
"Yeah, I do. Can you give me one??"
"Yes, but I have to tell you that we are a mafia"

She smiled and looked at me
"Those men also worked for a mafia. So I want to get my revenge. Their boss was a Monero something. I forgot his first name.", she said gritting her teeth

"Well girls we are here", I forgot about Liam
"Well Mia, welcome to the Vermont mansion.", I said and she smiled and we got out of the car
