She said yes. Blanca agreed to marry me. Our whole way home I couldn't help but notice that she was staring at the ring on her finger

"Do you like it?" I asked after a while
Her head snapped to me and there was sheer disbelief in her eyes
"Are you kidding me?!" she exclaimed. All I could hear in her tone was disbelief, shock, and surprise

"I am madly in love with you and anything you give me Liam," she said quietly
"I love you too Blanca" I responded before reaching over and grabbing her hand and interlocking our fingers
"You know you created a scene back there right?" she joked and I laughed
"Yeah, I guess I did. But I wanted all those men at the hotel to know that you are all mine. Did you see how they were looking at you when you entered?" I asked
"No matter how anyone looks at me, I'll always be yours" she murmured before kissing my hand that was holding hers

"Liam?" she called all of a sudden
"Hmm?" I hummed and turned to look at her but she was looking out the window
"Do you think my hair is too long?" she blurted and I couldn't help but laugh at her question

"I'm serious Liam" she whined and I laughed even harder

"Okay, okay. Your hair isn't too long, it's beautiful...just like you"

She looked over at me and smiled like a child
"I'm dying my hair" she muttered

"Why is that?" I asked, surprised that she wanted to do that.

"I don't know, because I want to? I wanna dye it the same color as my mother's hair"
I pulled in to the driveway before turning to look at her

"No matter what you do to your hair or any part of your body, you are always going to look beautiful," I said and she smiled even wider

"I'm going to tell you a secret..." she whispered and gestured for me to come closer

I leaned forward and she kissed my cheek before jumping out of the car
I got out and held her wrist before she could leave

"What was the secret?" I whispered in her ear. I wrapped my hands around her waist and pulled her closer so that her back was to me.

"You know that there was none you fool," she  said and I kissed her neck
"You know anyone can come and see us right?" she breathed and I groaned before leaving her.
"I always knew you had a soft spot me. I won!!" she exclaimed like a child and ran inside the house
"You won't escape next time Blanca" I called after her before laughing

She makes me soo happy, but unfortunately for me, my damn mother always has to make a scene

I walked into the living room to find her exchanging words with Bianca.
"....wouldn't be here if your cheat of a daughter hadn't fucking forced me. She even turned my son against me!!" she yelled

"Listen to me perra loca, you know very well that you deserve everything Blanca is doing to you. I haven't even slapped you for launching an attack on my daughter, oh and let's not forget the fact that Liam almost lost his life because of you!! I swear that Blanca didn't need to turn Liam against you because you turned your son against you the day you fucking left him at an orphanage!!" Auntie Bianca countered

I felt myself get emotional because aunt Bianca seemed to care about me more than my mother did

Mother's face turned pale after those words fell from aunt Bianca's lips
"How dare you??!" she screamed before raising her hand to aunt. I rushed in but Blanca had already stopped her by grabbing her wrist in midair

"Clara freaking Clemonte!! How dare you raise your hand to Bianca Vermont in her house?!" she shouted at her

I could see that she was only focused on the ring on Blanca's other hand
"Wh-what the hell is that on your finger??" she exclaimed which caught everyone's attention, that's when Blanca dropped Clara's hand.
"That's is none of your fucking business Clara, your business is whether the fuck I'm going to throw you the hell out of my house or not" she replied
I walked towards my mother and grabbed her by the wrist before harshly turning her around
"Why the hell are you doing this? Why can't you ever see me happy?? Why do you want to ruin my life, Clara??!" I asked in a calm tone. Even though I was nowhere near calm
"Liam I--" I cut her off with my hand
"And to answer that question you asked earlier, that is an engagement ring on her finger because Blanca and I are getting married. She is now my fiancée and so her mother is like mine. So I don't want to hear you or see you disrespecting them, because unlike you...they care about me" I told her and shock colored her features
