It's been two months, two months since I killed Ethan with my own hands
But I've decided that it's not my fault he died. It's Blanca's fault not mine. He jumped in the way and took the bullet meant for Blanca.

There is no way I'm going to allow her to live happily after taking father and Ethan away from me

And I know someone who hates her as much as I do, and that is why I'm back in Texas, sitting in the living room of Clara Clemonte; Liam's mother.

"Lola I will help you out with this. I want Blanca out of my Liam's life for good as much as you want your revenge" Clara said to me and sat on the couch opposite mine

"Thank you Ms. Clemonte" I said in a quiet voice

"I had my men following her and she and her whole family are at the Saint Michael the Archangel Catholic Church and once they get out, you're going to drive by and put a bullet in Blanca's brain. But mind you, if a hair on Liam's head is harmed...I will murder you myself. I hope you get me"

"I can't believe this is the first time in more than four months I'm coming to church" I said as we were coming out of the church
"You only came because it's good Friday today" Liam said
"Yeah, I can't just blow Good Friday off like that. I'm a practicing catholic, it's my duty to be here today"
"Does anybody else have this feeling that not just Jesus's blood will be shed today? Or is it just me?" Liam asked
"It's just you, you psychopath" Mia said and I laughed

"Yeah, that's true though. It's just you" I added
"Alright cool, but when something bad happens...no one should call me a wizard" he shrugged

Suddenly, we all heard a car coming towards the church in full speed so we all turned to look at it. And then it slowed down, and felt like time did too. The window of the car rolled down and it revealed a face I thought would have given up by now
"Lola?" I whispered in disbelief and she did the most unexpected thing, she pulled a gun out and shot at me, and then the car sped off again. But just like two moths ago, I wasn't in pain, I wasn't bleeding, the bullet didn't touch me....and for the second time in under three months someone took the bullet meant for me.

"Liam!!" I yelled when saw that he had taken the bullet for me.
He was standing in front of me, and just like Ethan he risked his life for me, sadly the last three times someone risked their life for me....they didn't survive. And if the same thing that happened to grandfather, Mathew and Ethan happens to Liam...I wouldn't be able to forgive myself

"Liam, no!!" and like the wind we had reached the same hospital that father died in, the same one that grandfather died in, the same one Mathew died in
"Today feels like a repetition of those many years ago" mother said once Liam had been sent to the ICU
"I don't wanna talk about it mother" I said and left

"Blanca where are you going?!!" mother yelled after me, but I was already gone
To the place where I came when grandfather was in this hospital, the same place I came when Mathew was in this hospital, the place I was unable to go to when father was in this hospital

I sat at the altar, tears flowing down my cheek. And when the church was empty, I began to speak, looking straight at the crucifix.

"Aren't you happy now?? After taking my grandfather from me, after taking my brother from me, after taking my father from me. And even after taking the man I was starting to fall in love with. And now...you want to take Liam away from me!! Why can't you bear to see me happy...every time I get a taste of happiness you have to take it away from me..
