"Miks? Matagal ka pa ba diyan?!" I scratched the back of  my head while dialling the number of Thomas.

"Wait, hinahanap ko yung wedding ring natin!" Mika shouted from our walk-in closet.

"Bilisan mo, 3 PM yung kasal ng best friend mo!" Kahit kailan talaga si Mika, ang bagal kumilos.

"Eto na nga eh! Ano, let's go?" She was standing on the last step of the stairway. The simple green gown suits her slender body and her hair was simply flowing beneath her skin. Mika never fails to amaze me.

"They've been waiting for us. Come on." I opened the car door for Mika. We still have to travel from Cainta to Kawayan Cove Batangas.

After an hour and a half of travel, we arrived at Kawayan Cove. Mika and I were secondary sponsors for this wedding.

"Kief, I'll just go and see Ara. Wait ha." I nodded. Jeron together with Aly came and joined me.

"Oh hey paps!" Jeron greeted me.

"Si Mika?" Aly smiled and asked.

"Pinuntahan sandali si Ara." I told them. Aly left as well to go and see Ara, too. Jeron and I stayed in the venue a little while when Thomas came.

"The groom is here!" I said then tapped Thomas on his shoulder.

"Kabado ka yata ngayon ah?" Jeron said that made Thomas laugh.

"Kung alam nyo lang guys, halos lumabas na yung puso ko sa sobrang kaba." He breathed deeply.

"I've been through worse." I said and the other two shook their heads. "Single life no more." Thomas uttered.

I entered the room of Ara filled with her family, friends, and other loved ones. As soon as my best friend saw me, she pitched, "Daaaaks! You're here!" With that, we hugged each other even if we're both wearing gowns. Crazy isn't?

"Parang kailan lang ako yung kinasal, ngayon ikaw naman!" I faced Ara and instead of a gleaming face of a bride, I noticed that she was so close to tears.

"Oh, bakit ka naman umiiyak?" I hushed her and stroked her back.

"Kasi best, feeling ko di pa ako ready!" Ara softly said, trying not to shed a tear.

"Ngayon lang yan. Mamaya okay ka na!" I hope that consoled her already.

"Nasa baba na ba si Thomas? Baka hindi ako siputin nun eh!" Anyone can easily tell that Victonara was really freaking out.

"Gaga!" I snapped out of her, "Malamang nandyan na yun! Siya kaya gumastos ng halos lahat dito, kaya sisiputin ka nun. Umayos ka, Ara!" Good thing she smiled already.

I said good bye to Ara because the entourage was now being called one by one. Kiefer offered his arm and I took it. We witnessed another chapter of our friends' lives.

Ara was majestically walking down the aisle together with her parents. Her free flowing pure white gown slowly dances with the wind as she walk. I caught Thomas crying because of genuine happiness. I am so happy for these two! They really deserve each other.

"Parang fairytale sila no?" I can't help but to admire both of them.

"Two people bound together by their love." Kiefer also uttered. I looked at him, only to see that he was already looking at me.
