Serena looked up at Kalin blankly, trying to comprehend the words he had just said. "Say something S, anything", he managed to stutter. 'What did he want me to say? What is someone supposed to say to that? What did he want me to do with that information?', she thought to herself. She was hurt. He hit her right where it hurt, yet she still couldn't do what she was supposed to do, which was slam the door in his face. It's like she wanted to kill him and kiss him at the same time. "Serena", Kalin said again in hopes of getting her to speak. "Kalin", Serena said back to him in an irritated tone just before she felt her phone vibrate from inside her pant pocket. "Are you really going to answer that?", Kalin said frustratingly. Serena took out her phone, "it's not a call it's a text", she mummbled as she typed in her 4 digits.

'Was this some kind of joke? It had to have been Savannah", she thought to herself, as she look around paranoidly.
Kalin observed Serena as she re-read the text, while looking around frightened. "Who texted you, and why do you look so scared," he asked, as he placed a comforting hand on her arm. "Tell your ex girlfriend to leave me the hell alone Kalin, and you know what, you guys deserve each other, both twisted as hell", Serena said to him angrily as she cringed away from his gesture. "What are you talking about?", Kalin asked confused, "she texted you?". "You know what, leave Kalin, just leave and don't come back here, because you don't love me, if you did you wouldn't have put me in the middle of this" she refuted before she shut her house door on him.

"OHHHH", Cam, tyler, mikalah, and Lyla shouted as Myles fit a whole, gigantic cake peice into his mouth. "We got a champion in the house", Myles found a way too say. "More like fatass", mikalah said winking at him, "but whatever floats your boat Meelz", Lyla finished. Tyler and Cam roared of laughter but stopped when the door suddenly slammed shut. "What happened to her?", Tyler said harshly as they all watched Serena sprint up the stairs. "Quit being such an ass Tyler", Lyla said as she raced after her. Myles shrugged as he saw Serenas dad approaching them, "I have no idea", he said to her dad. "That's so odd, she was fine just a minute ago? Do you think it has anything to do with Kalin, I know they aren't on the best terms right now.", her dad asked worriedly. Myles opened his mouth to speak but stopped at the sound of his ringtone, "hey babe, I'm leaving right now", he said into the phone. Tonight was going to be his and Amanda's first official date, and Myles couldn't wait to tell her the exciting news. Cam carried on the conversation with Serenas dad as Myles grabbed his keys and headed out.

"Amanda you looked cute in the pink romper, why did you change he's gonna be here any minute!!?", Savannah said to Amanda who was at the moment throwing clothes all over her room. "I'm just so nervous Savannah you don't understand", Amanda said with excitment. "Amanda you've been friends with him since diaper days, you've hung out with him a million times, calm it down you'll sweat off all the hardwork I put into doing your makeup", Savannah teased. As if on cue the doorbell rang, startling Amanda, "there's your man", Savannah said again winking at her friend as they both ran downstairs.
"Hi, my beautiful", Myles said to Amanda, "and hi um Savannah", he said jokingly. Savannah laughed it off, "hey be nice too me, if it wasn't for me this wouldn't be happening", she said back to him. "Ugh I can't thank you enough for watch Caleb for me", Amanda said giving her best friend a 'thank you, I love you, your the bestest friend in the whole wide world' face. Caleb was Amanda's 5 year old neighbor, and Savannah was babysitting him for her so she could go on her date with Myles. "Have fun, love you guys", Savannah said, closing the door after them. "Looks like it's just me and you kiddo", she said again, turning towards the little boy with Nutella smeared all over his mouth and cheeks.

"And I'll have the chicken scampi with a sprite", Myles ordered as the waitress at Olive Garden took note of it. "Ok great, so your food should be out shortly, any desert you guys would like to add tonight?", she asked. Myles looked at Amanda who was playing at the hem of her velvet, radish colored skirt. "Maybe after we're done eating", Myles suggested. "Excellent", she praised once more, "oh and by the way, very cute couple", she said with a smile. Myles thanked her as she walked away, then sat straight in his seat, focusing his attention on Amanda. "Wow this whole boy-friend, girl-friend thing makes you so quiet", Myles said smirking as the two waited for their food. Amanda blushed as she looked at him for the first time since he'd picked her up.

"Yeah I just put him to bed", Savannah whispered into the phone as she through herself onto a sofa out of pure exhaustion. "And did you feed him before he went to bed?", Amanda asked concerned. Savannah took a pause to roll her eyes before responding, "Yes Amanda I fed him, he's not a dog you know". "Ok just making sure, so everything's ok? The house isn't on fire?", Amanda said jokingly with a pinch of seriousness. Savannah switched the tv on, "Yeah, yeah you're fine, now go, enjoy your date while I devour your stash of Ben and Jerrys and watch this episode of keeping up with the kardashians", Savannah said playfully. "Ok bye I love you", Amanda said before they both shut the phone.
As Savannah shoved another spoonful of Rocky road into her mouth she felt her phone vibrate from underneath the throw blanket.

With her hands trembling, Savannah clicked the picture. On her screen appeared a picture of Kalins hand on Serena arm, with them in front of Serena house.
