-Shay's Pov-

Louisiana. Kayleigh was in Louisiana I couldn't believe that we found her well not we but Aria found her. The sound of the door creaking open brought me out of my thoughts when I looked over to see the rebel who walked in.

"Walk of shame huh sis?" I whispered as it was super early and Ray was still asleep. Denice looked over at me surprised to see me awake and sitting up in my bed. She smiled and shook her head before climbing back into her own bed. Once she was asleep I snuck out and tracked down Carter. "Hey Carter!" He leaned against a tree and smiled at me scratching his head. "Uh thanks Shay for everything I won't ever be able to repay you," I playfully shoved his shoulder. "No problem. Anyways I have some information for you about Kayleigh,"

"Really like what?"

"She is in Louisiana, that's all I know I can't say much." Carter smiled like a little boy on Christmas and wrapped me in a hug. "Thanks and keep an eye on Denice don't let her do anything dumb," he said all serious. I nodded my head not saying anything and watch him take off running. I stood there using my gift tracking his location until he was to far gone and I made my way back to manor to my favourite spot which was the secret library. I pushed opened the heavy door and stepped inside only to be greeted by a wonderful sight of fresh flowers on the desk and Tobias standing near the fireplace holding my favourite book in his hand "the secret garden." I walked over and it felt way to long since we talked as I had been mad and ignoring him for the past week.

"Shay can we talk?" He says softly. I looked up into his blue eyes and he looked so gorgeous.

"Talk about what Tobi?" He shrugged his shoulders and reached for my hand to pull me closer but I moved my hand behind my back which made Tobi sighed. I know I'm being difficult but I had a good reason to be. "About everything please Shay, we need this?" I went over and sat on the couch pulling my knees up to my chest and wrapping my arms around them. "Okay talk." I gave in. Tobi placed the book he was holding down on the side table and sat on the opposite end of the couch and looked over me.

"Shay it's not what it looks like, you see Aria asked me for my help to gather these ingredients like wolfsbane and vervain and stuff I don't know why she needed it she told me not to ask just to do what she asked me that's all it ever was I promise you. I just wanted to help." He explained. I was watching Tobi's face, his eyes were watching me carefully and his lips slightly parted and his brown curls were messy as they fell across his forehead. I sighed and then he grabbed my hand and touched my promise ring. "I made this promise to you that I would always be yours. That I would always take care of you and love you with my whole heart and that one day when we were ready and I would marry you and I will never break that prom-"

I cut Tobi off by kissing him. Our lips fit perfectly together as I pulled always chuckling.

"You talk to much," Again our lips met moving in sync with each other my arms found there way over his shoulders and my hands grabbing on to his curls as his hands pulled me over onto his lap with my legs on either side of his. His tongue brushed against my lips begging for entrance and I more then willingly allowed it parting my lips as our tongues battled for dominance until I pulled away.

"Tobi I missed you!" He smiled and pulled me into a hug kissing the top of my head.

"I missed you to Shaylyn and I am sorry that I didn't talk to you sooner or just tell you." I climbed off his lap and then we cuddled up on the couch and Tobi grabbed my book and I started to read to him until we both drifted off.

"Wake up Shay!" Tobi's voice woke me from my sleep and I stretched out and jumped up. "What time is it?"

"It's 5:45pm. We should go get ready for supper," I smiled and we walked around the library turning off the lights when a familiar scent caught my attention I followed it to a bookshelf in the back there on the very bottom shelf. "My grimoire I almost forgot," Tobis foot steps got closer. "What did you forget?" I grabbed the grimoire and walked out from behind the bookshelf. "The grimoire I found this summer. Maybe Aria can read it and find something to help Kayleigh. I will meet you in the great hall I need to see Aria about this." I ran off tracking her down and found her in some old classroom. I walked over placing the grimoire on the table in front of her and her eyes nearly popped out of her head. "That-that. That's my family's grimoire how did you-where did you find this?" She asked quietly. I shrugged my shoulders. "I found it this summer back home in an old library. Figured it would come in handy maybe you can use it to help my friend Kayleigh?" Aria smiled and opened the grimoire looking at the pages and feeling them at the tip of her fingers. "Yes most definitely. You see Shaylyn this book belonged to my great, great, great grandmother. She is the first witch of our bloodline and this book contains her most powerful spells and potions it was stolen many many years ago." She explained to me. Aria hugged me and thanked me for returning it. I walked away and stopped remembering something that I wanted to mention.

"Oh yeah one more thing. Keep your tiny little manicured hands off my boyfriend and I would appreciate it if you didn't flirt with him either." Aria blushed and nodded her head. "Yes, I apologize if I caused any issues between you and Tobias."

"Just don't do it again and we shall be good goodnight Aria." With that I walked out of the classroom and made my way to see my sister, my boyfriend and friends at the great hall for supper.
