Mabel had missed her and her brothers dynamic as the mystery twins as she sulked in her bed looking at her brothers side of the room

Sometimes she found herself walking to her brothers side and looking through his notes and rest assured she understood none of the math that was scribbled around in his notes or the creatures he wrote about that where lurking in the forest of gravity falls

She didn't realise her friends had entered the room as they akwardly went over to Mabel and looked over her shoulder to see that she was reading the journals and both of them let out a sigh "...Mabel" candy said as she felt sorry for her best friend

Brenda just looked at them in thought of what they could possibly do to make Mabel feel better about her missing brother when an idea clicked in he head as she snapped her fingers "I got it!" She said happily as Candy and Mabel looked at her confused "what-" Mabel started but was quickly cut off by Brenda "THE MYSTERY BFF'S!!" She said happily and we both just looked at her completely confused before she decided to explain herself

"Well you and dipper always had with thing where you solve the mysteries fo gravity falls right?" She asked looking at me and mabel and suddenly something clicked in her head "so what your saying is since dipper isn't here we solve the mysteries of gravity falls until he comes back?" Mabel asked confused "not just any mystery" brenda said " THE MYSTERY OF THE THE LOST PINES TWIN!!" She said raising her hand in the air in victory and we just looked at her for abit before we began to laugh and mabel and me tackled our stronger and bigger friend "MYSTERY BFF'S!!" We said happily

Now this was our first operation as the mystery bff's we where walking around as mabel carried a journal that we couldn't care less about what the number was "ok,so normally me and dipper would go around looking for clues or something out of the ordinary" Mabel said as she walked along the lush green grounds of the forest with her friends trailing behind her

They all where walking the grounds for abit until they reached deeper and deeper in the seemingly endless forest

Soon the three of them stopped in there tracks as they stared mouths gaped as they saw mabel almost fall into the rushing river below that seemingly glowed but they wherent to sure cause it might be the trick of the light

"Well...that was cl-" Mabel said but was cut off as she turned around to face her friends to fast as she felt the ground below her crumble as she suddenly felt herself fall into the dark abyss that filled his vision as the last thing she heard was her friends calling out her name

Brenda and Candy had stared shockingly below as they screamed out there friends name before silencing and started looking for any signs of Mabel surfacing but when they couldn't find anything they panicked and ran back from where they came from

It took what felt like hours but was only a few minutes as they went back to the mystery and explained to the ford and stan who immediately took action as they where led back to where the cliff was suppose to be but they couldn't find it

Almost as if the forest shifted

A search party was sent out as they waited and every second was agonizing without there neice, they didn't, no they couldn't loose another one

Although they where sure others thought that maybe Mabel might never be found but they had a feeling that there niece is somewhere out there and as long as that feeling existed they would never give up the search
