{how to lose weight}
1. Start trying fruit & vegetables!! A lot of people just judge food by its look...let me give you a tip...don't do that! Fruit and vegetables will help you by 80% of losing weight!
2. Exercise. Just go for a simple walk with your earphones plugged in and with a water bottle with you!! Thats all it takes! Yoga will relax you & keep you fit. You can get yoga apps so its easier to do at home!
3. Don't skip meals. Just because you eat unhealthy food for dinner, doesn't mean you have to give up eating dinner all together!! Its up to YOU to change what you eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper. Eating breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper can keep you perfectly fit if you just eat the right thing.
4. Make a "food plan". For Monday, plan what you're going to eat for each meal. That way you're going to see if it's okay to eat or not because when you're hungry and you're looking for something to eat....you're going to eat the entire kitchen!! So plan it :)
5. Let others know that you're on a diet. When people know that, they won't toture you with putting all your favourite unhealthy foods on the table. Instead, they'll put healthier foods and you won't have a choice but eat them! That way you'll discover how good they might be!
6. Congratulate yourself! If you lose some weight just be happy with yourself!
7. STAY ON YOUR DIET AND DON'T SNEAK SNACKS!!!!!
