Its been a few days since my make-out session with Dominic. I haven't really seen him around, but the guys have been in and out too. Sometimes all four of them would miss school to handle some business for Enzo or only one of them. They were easy missions that didn't require a baiter or just movement of different shipments.

Jinnie and I were walking down the hall talking about what we were going to do for our English research paper when we got stopped by Tiffany. Now Tiffany is what the school considers the Queen Bee but between you and me she's just a BB, Big Bitch.

"Ginger. Amy." She greets with a fake smile.

"You know our names Tiffany," Jinnie says crossing her arms.

"Whatever. Look Amy-"

"It's Amelia."

"Whatever!" She shouts, "What do you think you're doing with my Dominic?"

"Your Dominic?" My brows raise in surprise.

"He's mine. We had a little falling out so I would understand why he had to stoop so low and fuck a stupid little slut like you." She looks me up and down taking in my outfit with a disgusted look.

"But no worries. He'll get tired of you soon and come running back to me." With a flip of her boxed dyed blonde hair she walks away with her little minions.

Tiffany is usually all talk but something about what she said is very unsettling. Dominic hooked up with Tiffany? He could do so much better.

Like you?

I mean, he couldn't do worse... I roll my eyes.

Jinnie notices the tornado going on in my head and lays a hand on my shoulder giving it a squeeze. "Just ignore her. You know Tiffany is always talking out of her ass." I nod my head and give her a half smile, still not very convinced.

I head to Chemistry where Noah is already sitting there waiting. I took my seat next to Noah looking back at Dominic's usual seat behind me, but he wasn't there.

"How's everything been going Noah?"

"Rough." He groans. "But we took down a few smaller groups."

"That's great! Hey maybe you guys really don't need Jinnie or I." I joke.

"I wouldn't count on it. We actually have a training session for you girls tonight."

"Training? I don't think we need help flirting." I chuckled.

"This is more physical training; learning how to defend yourself, how to shoot a gun, making a clean escape." He whispers to avoid gaining attention from others.

Shoot a gun?! I have to shoot people?

The bell rings, looking towards the open classroom door I notice Dom leaning against the wall across from class. What has me frozen in my spot is seeing Tiffany pressed up against Dom kissing him.

Dom has his hand on her waist. I quickly look away not wanting to see more. My mind flashes to the last time I was with Dom. The kiss. His hands.

Was Tiffany right? Did Dominic just use me until he patched things up with Tiffany again? Did the kiss that night mean anything?

Noah puts a gentle hand on my shoulder. Giving him a lopsided smile, I focused on my work when class started. Dom tried to talk to me when he took his seat, but I kept my head down ignoring him.

Class ends and I head to my locker. Not being able to shake off the image of Tiffany and Dominic, I grab my lunch and switch my books, not paying attention to anything around me.

"Amelia are you okay?" Elijah asks.

"Huh?" I snap out of my daze.

"You've been staring at the inside of your locker for a while now." Dominic says, I look away avoiding eye contact.

"Yeah, come on I'm hungry." Oliver whines. Noah shakes his head and pushes him in the direction towards the cafeteria.

"I'm good you guys go ahead."

"You sure?" Dom questions, not seeming completely convinced. I nod my head, still avoiding his gaze. He sighs and walks away with Elijah. I close my locker and slide down to the floor.

"Hey chica, sorry I'm late Ms. Bohny kept us longer than- hey what's wrong?" Jinnie sits down next to me.

I gave her a recap of the night Dom and I hung out at my house. Explaining how the movie escalated into us making out and how it was the best thing to ever happen to me.

"But?" She arches an eyebrow, knowing that there's more to this story. I elaborate on how I don't know where exactly me and him stand since he has been gone for a while and we haven't had a chance to actually talk about it.

But then Tiffany's comment this morning had me worried, which was a fair emotion since I witnessed the happy couple making out in front of my class.

"He did what?! That bastard. No one uses my best friend and lives to see another day." Jinnie stands up and starts storming towards the cafe.

"Jinnie no! Please don't make a scene. He doesn't know I saw them. I really don't want to deal with it right now." I plead to her. She agrees to stay calm but if he says or does something out of line she will lose all self-control.
