23: recovery.

Hayden pov

I'm taking time off work until Alana is recovered completely. She had to sleep on her back and it wasn't comfortable to her but she slept during the night cause she was so so tired. She woke up just now actually. She was about to get up. "What, what's wrong?" I ask "nothings wrong, I just want to take a bath." She said "I will help you. Here." I said carrying her gently to the bathroom and I help her undress. She found this embarrassing cuz I've never seen her naked. She kept looking at the ground "don't be embarrassed, baby girl." I said as I found blood near her lady area. "I'll get April to get you some stuff but just let me help you get in." I said and she sighs "okay." She said and I gently place her into the warm tub. She sits there for a bit while I go get April

Alana pov

I look at Hayden and I see him in the living room since the bathroom door is slightly open. I didn't sleep well last night cuz I had a bad dream. Wait, no, not dream. A memory from when I got shot. I thought he was gonna put the gun down, but he didn't. He shot me. Tears run down my face as I put my head back and April comes in the bathroom. "Hey I got you stuff." She said "thanks." I said as new tears fall as well. "Hey, are you okay?" She asked "physically, I'm in pain. Emotionally, no." I said and she looks at me "what's the last thing you remember?" She asked me. "I opened my eyes a little in the ambulance and I saw you crying and begging me to be alright. I gripped your hand and gave you a little faith and hope." I said and she smiles. "I know you maybe traumatized. Doctors said it could happen after realizing you got shot. I'm here for you, sweetie, you can't do things alone. I know your independent, but let us help you." April says as tears fall and I take a breath "but I feel so weak! I feel like I need someone. I am sorry that I got shot, but I thought he was going to put the gun down, and not shoot at me. I'm so so sorry. I love all of you, I do. But I hate being treated like an old person." I said and she smiles "I know, sweetie. I know. Here. Let's get you out, put clothes on you, and I'll spend time with you." April said and Hayden helps me get out and April gets the door and we put the lady stuff on and Hayden helps me dress. Scarlett and RDJ dropped by with Starbucks for a bit then left. April is watching Netflix with me and Hayden comes up to me and kiss him "what was that for?" He asked "because I love you and thank you for being here with me." I said and he smiles "anytime baby girl." He said and he kisses me and hands me my coffee.

Hours later

My boyfriend walks in upset "Hayden, baby, what's wrong?" I ask as he's upset and pacing around. "Chris wants you back for himself." He said "no. He can't have me. I'm with you." I said and he looks at me in awe. "I know, baby." He said "I'll protect you." He said "I know you will, baby." I said and I go onto insta.

"When I'm happy and with someone in a happy, loving relationship, you can't be with me! I don't want to be with anyone who isn't my boyfriend. I love him so please, back off!"

Hayden makes so quesadillas for dinner and April and Adam eats with us. And they go home to sleep.

Hours later Hayden's pov

I hear a knock at the door and I open it. "Hello," a blond, drunk woman says "may I help you?" I ask "ya. I know Alana. She's a friend. Do you mind if I come in?" She says and I open the door "sure...?" I said kinda question like. "Come here." The woman said opening a door to someplace. (It's pitch black and I can't see in my own home). She lights a candle, starts the water, and starts to undress me. When I tried to push away, she pointed a knife to my throat and about to cut me. "Shh." The woman says and continues to undress me from the waist up to the waist down. She leaves my underwear for last. "Undress me or else I'll hurt your girlfriend." She said and I do as I was told. I don't want Alana hurt. She removes my boxers and pushes me into the tub and pushes me against the wall. "you'll get hurt as well." She said as she full out makes out with me. She looks me up and down and I tired to get away, but she's really strong and she punches me in the stomach. I bend down and she does so too and continue to kiss me and there's blood coming out of my mouth when I threw up. She smashes our lips together anyway. I see Alana and she walked in. "Get away from him cuz I will call the cops. And I have them on speed dial." She said and the lady stopped kissing me and left.

Alana pov

"Chris sent that woman. I know cuz Austin told me he got a text from him saying so. I'm so sorry baby." I said as I turn off the water and get him out of the shower. "I'm fine." He says "come here." I said after getting him underwear and pajamas pants. "I love you. If I knew it was going to happen sooner, I would've helped you." I said as he places a hand on my cheek "I know, baby. It's fine. All is forgiven. I love you too." He says "kiss me?" He asked and I kiss him. I wipe his mouth of cuz their is blood and lipstick. "Poor baby." I said feeling bad, again. I take car of Hayden and make him laugh and smile. "Marry me?" I ask him and he laughs "I'm the one who should be proposing baby." He said and I smile "will you marry me tho?" I ask and he smiles "of course, love." He said and we both get some sleep and I look at my baby. "You're the love of my life. You protect me, I'll protect you. You're my love." I said and he blushed and I let him sleep. "I love you," he whispers "I love you more, sexy baby." I said and fall asleep after him.
