43: getting Briar Rose's stuff

Today briar rose and I are getting her stuff from Rachel's house. Rose leads me to her room and Hayden is staying in the back with Hayley. Rose leads me to her room and her stuff is already packed. "Briar Rose." Rachel said "Rachel." She said and push passed her. "C'mon mom. I'm ready to go home, now." She said and we get all her stuff and put it in the trunk and get it in the car. "Mom." Briar rose said referring to me. "Yes, sweetie?" I ask her "can we stop at Starbucks, please?" She asked "sure." I said and Hayden's asleep in the back. Briar rose and I laugh and talk all the way there.

I got a text to my friend Hannah.

Hannah💓- hey! Wanna hang today?

Briar Rose💗- Sure. Let me ask my parents.

Hannah💓- see you soon.

I go up to my mom (not Rachel). "Mom?" I call out "in here." She says from the living room. "Mom. Can I hang with my friend Hannah?" I ask "as long as you come back at 7 and call me or dad if you need a ride." She said "sounds good. Thanks momma." I said as I hug her "no problem B. Text us okay?" She asked. "Okay." I said and I see Hannah's car outside.

Briar rose went to hang out with her friend, Hannah. I see Hayden taking care of Hayley. "Hey love, rose went to hang out with her friend, Hannah. She's gonna be home by 7 and she is gonna text myself or you if she needs a ride home." I said and he looks at me "okay, love. You're an amazing mom." Hayden says "I guess I learned a few things from my adoptive mom." I said and he hugs me and I hear two cars crash. I am a cop so I go check it out (I did the movie). "Officer driver!" My partner called out and I ran to her "you check this car, and I'll check the next." I said and she nodded and I look in the car and- Shit! no! No! NO! NO!!!! this cannot be happening!
