Part 61; Denver, Colorado part 2

Hayley pov

I woke up to the sun rising behind the mountains. I decided to grab some hot chocolate with marsh mellows and I head outside and watch the sun rise. damn, It's cold. I hear someone up and I see it's Riker. "Hey Hayley. what are you doing out here?" he asks as he sits in the rocking chair. "wanted to see the sun rise, Rik." I said and he drinks his coffee "how's Vanni? I forgot to talk to her last night. I haven't seen her in months." I said and he smiles. "she's good. we missed coming down to Colorado." Rik said as he took a sip of his coffee. everyone else started to wake up an hour later I got up at 7 but Rik came out 8. Vanni comes outside and sits with us and puts her arm around me "smile." Rik said as he took the pic. and he captions it.

Riker lynch; "my sister and wife. love you, girls. We missed Colorado. it was Ry and Hayley's idea to come down here. :)"

and then Vanni reposts it

Savannah lynch Latimer; My sissy! I love cuddling with her. she's so sweet <3 thanks for the idea of coming down here, Ry and Hayley. love you both. (love you more Hayley) :)"

then I repost it

Hayley Rose; "hanging with my best friend. I love you!!!! Vanni is my favourite person ever! Vanni, we need more time together. <3"

I go on snap chat and take a selfie with Vanni. and type "Sissy's for life!" and send it to the fam and my snapchat story. Everyone comes outside and we all go for a hike then go and go to get breakfast. I sit between Vanni and Ry. we play who knows me better game and I ask the questions.

"Who's my favourite person besides you two?" I ask and they think for a bit "Courtney." Vanni said and Ry says, "Capron." and I said, "Court," and Ry crosses his arms and then holds my hand. "what's my favourite color?" I ask and they both say "Lime Green." and I smile "yep." and after a while, we eat and go back to the cabin and hang out. (play cards, watching tv.) "Hayley. Wanna play hockey?" Rock asked me "Sure. I meet you guys out there, Rock." I said and he nods and goes outside. I get my gear on and see all the guys with their gear and playing without me. we start playing. I stopped because I couldn't breathe and my waist started to hurt. Vanni started walking up to me and I stopped "you okay?" she asked as she touched my arm "Vanni?" I whispered as my vision was blurry and I fall in front of her, blacking out.

Vanni's Pov

"Hayley!" I scream as she blacks out and I can't feel a pulse. "RIKER, RYLAND!" I screamed and they come towards me holding Hayley's head in my lap "what's going on?" they ask me "she fell and blacked out. there's no pulse." I said as calm as I could. Ryland takes her out of my arms and takes her to the nearest hospital. "Hayley.." I trail off and Riker helps me up and hold my hand and go in to the cabin. I hope she's okay."

3 hours

Ry comes home with Hayley in his arms "Hayley!" I said and she opens her eyes "what did the doctor say?" I ask and Ry says, "since the car accident, she could have difficulty breathing. since she was playing hockey, she was pushing the limits but we didn't know that. he was unsure why she had a faint pulse. but other than that, she has to take it easy." he said and at the last sentence, he looked down at her trying to make sure she understood. he sets her on the couch and gets himself coffee. she sits there looking like she wants to cry. "Can I talk to you in private, please?" I ask and she nods yes and we walk to Riker and my room and she sits with me "what's wrong." I said holding her hand in mine. "I feel like I might have to go to the hospital every time I push myself. I want to play Hockey, baseball, soft ball and everything that all of us play. I don't want to sit on the couch like a broken person. I don't like worrying you or the boys. but I want too feel like myself." she said as she lets tears fall and I hug her "it wasn't your fault that you got into the car accident. and it isn't your fault that you want to be yourself and do the same stuff before. But Ryland and I want you to be careful and take care of yourself. it's scary knowing that a love one is in this condition. if it was Ryland you'd want him to be careful." I said and she just hugs "I'm sorry," she whispers as she cries. "hey. I don't blame you, okay?" I said and she just nodded her head. we walk out of the room together. and Ryland looks over and had saw that she and I were crying and he hugs both of us and we all sat down and talked. Ry starts. "Hayley, you know what I do is out of love for you. I was the one who was the most worried when you got into that cab. I said that night. ' I should go with her.' and I was right. I never wanted you to get hurt. never." Ry said "yea Hayley. we all love you. and when you got to the accident, all I remember was crying and Ryland punching the walls. all of us never seen him do that for someone before. we all just stood there and told him to go to the hospital and we all went cuz we all love you and we support you no matter what you say or do. we needed our star to come through and you did. you may not be completely normal, but that's okay with us. we will get through this with you. together as a family." Rocky said and I saw Ry cry a bit "I am still so sorry. I hope you guys know how much I love and appreciate you guys. all of you have made my life brighter." Hayley said as she hugs Ryland. I grab one of her free hands and we all watch old home movies

Hayley pov

I go get some tissue and water for Ryland because he's upset that I was upset so I feel bad. "Ry." I said and he turns around to me "come here." I said and he takes my hand. I bring him up to our room. as soon as we got there, I sit him on the bed and he looks down and I bend down and put my arms on his lap. "Ry, look at me." I said gently and he does so. "I'm okay." he said "you're not okay. I know I scared you the day of the accident and today. which I am sorry for. but, I'm right in front of you, love. I'm not going anywhere. never. I am not going to leave you. when you said, 'please wake up.' to me when I was in the come. I heard you, babe. I couldn't stand the thought of leaving you. I just wanted to be awake and see you. believe it or not, people can hear you when their in a coma. I love you, Ryland. 100% I love you. just go downstairs and ask Rydel because I told her when you were dating Rose and before I dated ross. I wanted you and now I have you. if I got in an accident again, I'd still wake up for you. please don't be sad. I hate when I don't see you smile." say and he smiles and I smile too. "you already know this, but I love you." he said before kissing me "I love you too, babe." I said and we all eat dinner and get ready to go to sleep. no more tears.
