"Who was Prince Zulee?"

Hana raised her eyebrows, "I actually don't know, for sure."

She began to explain, "From what I heard in the army, he was an amazing general. Great leadership and pretty powerful. He mastered two elements: water and fire. But he suddenly vanished. Some say he died, others say he just disappeared."

Fen jumped in, "Oh I heard of him! There's a legend that runs through my village. They say that he discovered time bending!"

"Time bending?" Hong scoffed, "No wonder it's just a legend. That type of bending doesn't exist."

"I agree with Hong." Hana said as she looked out onto the horizon slowly coming closer to the southern water tribe's docks.

Fen rolled his eyes, "Did you hear that Appa?" He questioned the bison, "They don't believe!" The bison growled in agreement.

Hong and Hana couldn't help but giggle at the sight of the young air bender conversing with his bison.

Then again... the bison is in-fact a shapeshifter, so it's not all weird.

The group was slowly descended into a dark alley below. They hopped off Appa, allowing him to turn back into his human form. (It would be less suspicious.)

The four slipped out of the alley and blended into the crowd.

"I can't believe that you two don't believe in the legend." Fen said. "It makes sense, right Appa?"

"For once, I agree." Appa spoke, "ancient stories tell of a way to see into the past by smoke, and water has memories and can live on forever, probably into the future. Mixing the two together can give you a way to travel through time."

"That does make sense." Hong mumbles as they climbed the stairs to the entrance of the southern tribe's palace. However he felt this strange feeling.

A feeling as if someone has been following them.

"No it doesn't," Hana argued, "even if he found a way to travel through, this war would have ended already, and the fire nation would be in control."

"Or not..." Fen said in a sing song voice. "Appa... care to explain."

Appa rolled his eyes, "Fine, the legend also states that when the prince was about to be crowned king, he had this vision. No one knows what this vision is, but apparently it scared him so much that completely changed as a person and vanished into thin air. That's where that time traveling thing comes into play."

Hana scoffed, "Please, if the prince is even a fraction of what Tae adores, our world as we
know it would have crumbled a long time ago."

The group soon stood at the entrance where they were stopped by two guards.

"Who are you?" They asked.

The four looked at each other contemplating on what they should say. It was silent until Appa spoke up.

"We were personally invited by the new chief."

"You were now..." another voice spoke from behind them.

He then walked past them and joined the guards at the door. His dark brown hair gently blowed with the cool breeze. But, his eyes were staring intently at the four.

"Because as someone who is particularly close to the chief, I haven't heard of no group of kids, especially none like you, who was personally invited by him."

"Well if you have to know." Fen said as he crossed his arms, "The chief has messaged us privately, we are his personal guests."

The man rolled his eyes, "Highly unlikely, the chief would only invite those of high importance. And you-" he then looked at the group judging, "-look nothing of the sort."

Appa scoffed, "how do you know..." he began, but was cut off when elbowed by both Hong and Fen.

Hana spoke up, "We're deeply sorry for disturbing you and coming uninvited. So, we'll be on our way then." She tried to urge the rest of the group, but they wouldn't budge.

"Just let us speak with the chief and we can sort this whole thing out." Fen urged, "We're not here to cause any harm."

The man scoffed, "Nice try, your not getting past me. Even if you do, the chief is extremely busy with some preparations for an arrival of very importance so-"

Appa cut him off, "We ARE those people of 'high importance'. Why can't you believe us?"

The man stood his ground, "How can I believe you are of high importance when you look like you escaped prison. Plus," He then turned his gaze towards Hong. "This one looks suspicious."

Indeed Hong looked suspicious, but he was only worried. He still felt the odd presence, and it wasn't leaving.

Hana sighed, "We are very sorry, and will just go." She turned to the boys, "We can try again tomorrow." She whispered and then the four turned and headed down to the village below.

The whole way down the steps Appa and Fen complained. They complained of them being so ignorant and other of the sorts. However, Hana did try to show them that they did look like a bunch of kids.

Fen laughed, "Then we look exactly like the Avatar Gang, just a bit older and more tattered. Right Hong?"

"Hong?"

The trio turned to the said boy, but Hong himself paid no attention. He was too busy trying to rid the feeling of being followed, of being watched. However, it grew. More and more, until...

"I can help you."
