I reached the Eifel Tower at the same time as Chat Noir.
"Hey kitty," I remark whilst flicking his bell.
"Not now ladybug!" he snapped as he pushed me away, "let's just capture the akuma."
In all honesty, I miss Chat being flirty, I miss his puns. He always made me laugh but now it's like he's a whole new person.
BANG
My thoughts are interupted by a huge ball of ice being fired at us. I dive out of the way just in time.
"Chat Noir! Chat! Where are you? Are you okay?" I yell, my heart pumping out of my chest.
"L-ladybug" I hear a weak voice call quietly from behind me.
As I turn around I see Chat lying on the floor. I rush over to him and lift his head up. As i do so I feel a sticky substance. Blood. My heart begins to pound as all the colour drains from his face. He begins to shake and then suddenly he goes still.
"CHAT NOIR!" I yell with tears streaming down my face, "Chat, talk to me"
"M'lady...."
That's the first time he's called me that in weeks.
"M'lady, I'll be fine. Go fight the akuma, you can do this" he tells me
I wipe my tears, relieved that he's okay. For now. My heart beat steadies back to it's normal pace. Without thinking I plant a kiss on Chat Noir's head and back away to battle Hawkmoth's most recent victim.

After a long while, I finally defeat the akuma without having to disturb another miraculous holder. I purify the akuma and use my lucky charm to revert everything back to normal, praying that Chat Noir is okay. I run back to the spot where I left him to see him standing up with a smile on his face.
"I knew I could count on you ladybug," he claims.
"Thankyou Chaton," I say as my earings begin to beep, "I have to go"
Just as I turn to go I feel someone grab my arm.
"Ladybug, I am so sorry that I have been a lousy partner in the last month. There's just a lot happening in my life right now. I really hope that you forgive me. I will try to be more like I was before." He states with a worried look on his face.
I open my mouth to say something but as I do, my earings begin to beep again.
"Sorry, Chat. I have to go, but just so you know, I'm not angry and I forgive you. We're a team" I wink and throw my yoyo, zooming off.
