The day continued with Iris and Sawyer managing to win all their battles.

"Today's been really intense! All the battles are being decided on the trainers' last pokémon!" shouted the caster.

"But the final's been decided! It's Iris versus Sawyer!" said the caster while Iris and Sawyer enter the field.

"Good luck! You're going to need!" shouted Iris.

"I've studied a lot of trainers! I''m not getting defeated by you!" shouted Sawyer.

"Trainers, this is going to be a full battle! Each trainer will use six pokémon, okay?" said the referee.

"Okay!" said Iris.

"That's right!" said Sawyer.

"So, bring out your first pokémon!" said the referee.

"Sceptile, I choose you!" said Sawyer while throwing a pokéball into the air.

"Sceptile!" said Sceptile.

"If you're going to use your strongest first, I will too!" said Iris.

"Dragonite, show him what you're capable of!" said Iris while throwing a pokéball into the air.

Dragonite enters the battlefield screaming.

"Battle, start!" shouted the referee.

"Let's kick things off! Ice Beam!" shouted Iris.

Dragonite uses Ice Beam.

"Sceptile, dodge it!" said Sawyer.

Sceptile wasn't able to dodge it.

"Sceptile, are you alright?" asked Sawyer.

"Sce!" said Sceptile.

"Dragonite, Flamethrower!" said Iris.

Dragonite's Flamethrower hit directly.

"Sceptile!" shouted Sawyer.

Sceptile gets up.

"Dragonite is too strong... I have to do this..." thought Sawyer.

Sawyer gets his notebook.

"Are you going to read now?" asked a puzzled Iris.

Sawyer gets his Key Stone.

"Sceptile, Mega Evolve!" shouted Sawyer.

Sceptile Mega Evolves.

"What? What was that?" Iris thought.

"Sceptile! Dragon Claw!" said Sawyer.

Dragonite gets hit.

"Dragonite! Let's counter attack! Dragon Rush!" said Iris.

Dragonite's Dragon Rush is looking like it's going to hit.

"Sceptile, wait!" said Sawyer.

"Now! Dragon Claw!" said Sawyer.

Sceptile hits Dragonite directly in the head.

"Dragonite!" said Iris.

Dragonite is fuming on the floor.

"Use that anger Dragonite!" said Iris.

"Thunder Punch!" shouted Iris.

Dragonite goes full speed towards Sceptile.

"Sceptile dodge it!" said Sawyer.

Sceptile dodges it.

"Not yet! Dragonite, Ice beam!" said Iris.

Dragonite's Ice Beam makes contact.
