The way home!

Serena, Dawn and May are on their way to Pallet town.

"So we're going to Pallet town, right?" asked May.

"Yes!" said Serena.

"Isn't that Ash's hometown?" asked May.

"Uh... Yes..." said Serena while blushing lightly.

"Are you from there too?" asked May.

"Uh... Not exactly..." said a nervous Serena.

"So, why are we going there?" asked May.

"Yes, May's right... Why are we going there?" asked Dawn.

"I... I... I'm training there because.... Because..." Serena was saying nervously.

"Why are you so nervous, Serena?" asked May.

"Nothing!" said Serena, blushing.

"I'm training there because I thought a calm place would be the best option for me to take a break to think about my showcases! That's it!" said Serena nervously.

"Hm... That sounds reasonable..." said Dawn.

"So, where are you staying?" asked May.

"Uh... I'm staying..." was saying Serena.

"Why do you seem so flustered when talking about Pallet town? Aren't you staying there?" asked May, interrupting Serena.

"I don't... I don't..." Serena was saying.

"Come on! Something is bothering you... If you don't want to tell us, that's fine! We're friends, remember?" asked Dawn.

"She's right! We're friends! Ash's friends are my friends too!" said May.

"I... I'm not sure..." said Serena.

"If you don't want us to come, that's fine too!" said May, worried about Serena.

"That's true, Serena..." said Dawn.

"I'm staying at Ash's home..." said Serena.

"Thanks girls..." said Serena while looking at the floor and putting her hand over her heart.

"Do I tell them? How do I tell them?" thought Serena.

"Talking about Ash... How is he?" asked May.

"It's been quite a while since I last saw him!" said May.

"Yes! Last time I saw him was back in Unova! How's him?" asked Dawn.

"It's been some time since I last saw him too..." said Serena.

"Wait... But aren't you staying at his house?" asked Dawn.

"He's not there... He is in Alola right now..." said Serena.

"Oh yes, I think I remember you saying something like that..." said May.

"Was this the reason why you didn't want to tell us that you were staying at his house?" asked Dawn.
