Serena's Sun and Moon

Me? Alone?

Serena sat down on a corridor, with her pokémon in front of her.

"Why didn't she help me?" asked Serena, letting a tear run down her face.

"Pancham Pan..." said Pancham, hugging Serena.

Milotic looked worried.

Sylveon wrapped its ribbon-like feelers around Serena's wrist.

Braixen looked worried.

"Thanks guys... I know I wasn't really alone... I know that you and Dawn were on my side throughout the Johto region... But yet... She's my mom... And she didn't help me..." said Serena, letting another tear come down her face.

"Pancham..." said Pancham, worried.

Suddenly, they catch a glimpse of someone coming on the corridor.

Serena turned to see who it was.

"Miette..." whispered Serena.

Miette sees Serena.

Miette starts running towards Serena with a smile.

Miette gets to Serena.

"Serena! I think I managed to give my all, just like you!" said Miette, smiling.

"That's good..." said Serena, putting on a fake smile.

Miette notices Serena's state.

"Serena? What happened?" asked Miette, worried.

"Nothing... I just need to be alone for a bit..." said Serena, looking to the floor.

"Okay..." said Miette.

"Just keep in mind that I'll be here for you if need something..." said Miette, hugging Serena.

Serena blushes lightly.

"Thanks, Miette..." said Serena, letting a tear run down her face.

Miette lets go of the hug.

Miette clears Serena's face.

"Anything, okay?" asked Miette, smiling.

"Okay..." said Serena, looking to the floor.

Miette heads her way.

"I really have some great friends, haven't I?" said Serena, letting another tear run down her face.

"Braixen!" shouted Braixen, pulling out her branch.

"Braixen Brai..." said Braixen while pointing to the ribbon on the branch.

"Braixen..." said Serena, becoming thoughtful.

"Braixen Brai!" said Braixen while cleaning Serena's face.

A flashback to the moment they tied that ribbon came on Serena's mind.

"You're right! I shouldn't be sad now... I'm a step closer to my dream! Even Palermo herself complimented my performance!" said Serena, smiling.

Braixen smiles.

"Pancham!" said Pancham, hugging Serena happily.

"Veon!" said Sylveon while joining the hug.

Braixen and Milotic look to each other.

Braixen and Milotic nod.

Braixen and Milotic join the hug.

Serena hugs back.

"Thanks..." said Serena, smiling happily.

A flashback of the day she decided that they were her Sun started to appear on Serena's mind.
