*Junior in MM*

Payton woke up and got ready to go to work. She was a around the world surgeon. She couldn't take being in the surgery room everyday after watching the sweet girl die on her table. So she became a call-in surgeon.

She didn't know where August went. After the night they had two days ago he hadn't called her but once. She knew he was working on his album and stuff but she still felt like he should've called her. She couldn't let that get in the way of her though, today she had a task to do and she was only focus on that.

"Marco" she called his name as she grabbed her keys and phone.

"Marco" she called his name once more as she walked out her room.

He came running down the stairs barking. He came over and jumped up and down excitedly. She leaned down and gave him some love. She let him go out for the bathroom and while she fixed him something to drink and eat.

Once she let him back in he headed straight for his food and water. She headed about the house locking the door behind herself. She walked down the driveway and got in the car. She still hadn't went and got herself a new one.

She got in the car and headed to the emergency room. Once she got there she walked in and grabbed her something to eat before going to the main office. She finished eating and headed to the office.

"Goodmorning for Chef Simone" Payton told them as she walked in to see two men talking.

"Hold please" he said holding his finger up in her face.

"Excuse me" she said as she felt a bit disrespected.

"Hold on a minute my brotha" he stopped his conversation with the guy he was talking to.

"Who are you" he asked and Payton looked at her name tag.

"Doctor East, I'm here for a surgery procedure" she told him with a light smile.

"Oh ok, you can wait over there" he told her pointing to the chair.

"Alrigh' then" she said and her tone slightly slipped.

By the next five minutes Payton was still waiting. Once the other gentleman left the room she stood walking over to the desk. He handed her a file and she looked over.

"Laylia La'Branch.... mhmm" she reed over the name that sounded too familiar to her.

"So I'm here to check on stomach ache, that's all" she said as she closed the folder looking at him.

"She's been here more than three time with a stomach ache, we tired to do test but she wouldn't unless we requested you" he told her and she was a bit irritated by his attitude.

"So she requested me, out of all surgeons and doctors in the world she chose me" she asked pointing at herself.

"I guess so, room nine on the third floor" he told her and she sigh before turning walking out the room.

She got in the elevator and headed up. Once she got there she got the clipboard out the slot holder. She walked in as she looked over the symptoms.

"Laylia La'Branch, throwing up can't eat sour food and abdomen pain. Sound likes pregnancy to me have you took a test" Payton asked as she looked over the clipboard before looking up.

"Lai" she said looking at her as if she was crazy.

"No I'm not pregnant, please don't tell me that" Lai said as she laid in the bed with a boy beside her.

"Lai what's going on" Payton asked and she started to cry.

"I'm so sorry" she started to cry and the boy stood up hugging her.
