It was August and Payton last day in Bora Bora. They had fun the entire time. They talked, they cried, they danced & sung,  and the sex was better than ever. Coming up to their last day they decided to head out to the mountains for a walk.

"Payton we up here" he said as they reached the top of the hill.

"It's nice" Payton said and August sat down helping her as well.

"I love this" he said and Payton looked out as the sun began to set.

"I had fun with you on this trip" he told her and she smiled.

"I had fun with you too babe" she said kissing his cheek.

"Payton, back when you told me about losing Adonis you said you got back with me because you loved me. If you didn't love me would you have got back with me" he asked her randomly and she sigh.

"August you're different" Payton told him as she looked out onto the beautiful island of water.

"How" he asked looking at her and she looked at him before smiling back out into the view.

"August when I seen you sitting on that couch that day I wanted to so badly tell you about Adonis but I couldn't because guilt was eating me up" Payton told him honestly.

"I refused to come to the kids birthday parties because I knew you'd be there, family reunions, anything that I knew you was at I didn't attend because I knew I was hiding something from you" Payton revealed to him.

"August for some reason you are the only person I trust letting my guard down because you never judged me off my past, even a kid I raised thats not even mine judged me but you..." she talked as her eyes swelled with tears.

"You never did and I know you never will because ever night I came home to you, you knew I was hurt and you already knew the reason why. You never question it you just hold me and you make me feel so safe... you're the only person that makes me feel sane" Payton told him and he looked at him rubbing her leg.

"I try to surround myself around the ones close to me but as they say your enemies are always closer than you think... August you and Adam are my peace other than ball" she told him and he kissed her forehead.

"Why didn't you go pro" he asked and she sigh wiping her face.

"Man i had my team fifty point up in the game and the team seen that and purposely pushed me making me hit my leg" she told him  and he looked at her.

"That's how you tore it" he asked and she shook her head no.

"Naw, I started fighting the whole team and when I punched of the girls she fell back grabbing me but I pushed her off and as I stepped back I stepped back wrong and ever since I stop playing" she said and August chuckle.

"And how did becoming a doctor happen" he asked and she smiled as she thought about it.

"When I realized I knew more about my body then my own doctor, he told me I could never walk on my right leg again. I told him if I could nurse myself back to health then he had to retire.. let's just say his scrubs doesn't miss him" Payton told him and August shook his head.

"Payton imma be honest with you since you being honest with me" he said and she blushed immediately.

"Oh boy" she said waiting to hear what he had to say and he chuckled.

"When I finally moved to LA I only turned to drugs because you were my escape. You ignored me and then one night I seen Pierre at his game and I was so happy to see him because I thought you'd be there cause you always be at his game but you wasn't there" August said and Payton sigh.
