"Oh, I am so down." I saw Paul lean over my shoulder reading the paper before pulling away.
"Over my dead body." He said snatching the paper. I turned around looking at him.
"Oh, that can be arranged."
"You're not fucking doing it."
"You're not fucking stopping me."
"Wanna bet." I glared getting in his face.
"Yes I do wanna bet, I'd like to see you fucking try and stop me and see how fucking fast you get hurt. You will not boss me around and keep me from doing a damn thing I want, I'm grown it's my life and I will do as I see fit. I am a fighter who has fought before and can easily do that. Get the fuck over yourself." I said turning back around and looking at Case and Sam.
"Bri."
"Sam please." He sighed looking between Case and me
"Fine only if he trains you, and stays with you. Don't forget about everything else kind of busy hard time."
"I'm aware and Sam I have to tell him."
"Absolutely not."
"Fuck that, neither of us can focus until all the cards are on the table. I swear it's safe you know me Sammy."
"Sam don't fucking think about it." Paul growled knowing damn well what we were discussing.
"Fine this is the only time and it stays between us, anything comes out its your ass. As far as the fights get hurt I'm blaming both of you and I can't guarantee if I or her hot-headed boyfriend will be nice." He said looking to Case.
"Got it, and let me guess him." He said pointing to Paul.
"Yeah, that obvious." Sam said smiling.
"Yeah hot head and hothead seems like the only two who can keep the other in check, you sure he can handle her."
"So far so good."
"Good luck." Case chuckled.
"What the fuck is that supposed to mean."
"Paul!" Emily scolded before I cut her off
"Paul Alexander Lahote this is the last fucking time I am telling you to watch your damn ass. I am three seconds away from knocking you the fuck out or snapping your arm. Do everyone a favor shut the hell up and control your attitude or get the fuck on somewhere." I growled in his face. He looked hurt before it was replaced with anger as he lightly shook. Jared touched his arm as he jerked away storming back towards the woods. I sighed turning back around facing Sam and Case; both who were watching me with a look of shock. "Emily I am sorry for the language." I said as she smiled at me. Over time I have been here I have become extremely close to Emily.
"Wow."
"What."
"The Bri I know would not have even said have that and would have just knocked him out and moved on, I'm proud of you kid." Case said nudging me. "So um I'm going out on a limb and your tribe's legends are true?" The statement made Sam and the rest of the guys minus Jared who went after Paul to look at him.
"BRI."
"Hey I never told him shit, I just told the tribes legends because I missed them being gone for a year, so I retold them at bonfires and shit we used to have. For him guessing well blame Lahote for practically phasing in his face, or was I the only one that noticed the dog foaming at the mouth because I know another guy."
"Point well taken." Sam said laughing, "So Case would you like to join us for lunch?"
"Thank you very much, that be great."
"I seriously can't believe you are here." I said hugging Case again as we went in. Case was about two to three years older than Sam and was like another big brother to me. Having them both together was great. We all spent lunch talking and catching up, Sam and Case getting to know one another.
