"Come with me." She said gently leading up the stairs and into the house. She stopped a second looking around before we walked into the living room and she pushed me onto a couch. She sat down next to me and put her arm around me. No one knew when I left aside from Leah, she knew and believed me about what had happened. At the time she was the only person who ever did. I heard the door open and jumped as Leah rubbed my arm.

"It's ok Bri it's just the guys. You're safe."

"Leah he."

"I know baby girl." I wouldn't let anyone know but I was terrified, Brayden and his friends had been moments away from raping me and now here he was standing in my yard as a vampire. I got up going into the kitchen ignoring the guys low speaking. They were talking about me and what to do.

PAUL POV

I noticed Bri the minute she walked into the kitchen, she was trying to look brave, but she didn't realize our connection I could sense her and she was terrified. I know what Daniels and his cronies did to her, now the bastard was at her house taunting her. None of us thought anything when Brayden disappeared a couple of months ago.

"Sam we need to take care of this now."

"Dammit, Paul you think I don't know that."

"I know you know but were spread thin with this whole newborn shit and the redhead, what are we going to do." We all stopped talking as the smell of leech hit our noses. I threw my chair back jumping for the door when I heard a glass break and Brianna run screaming.

"NO DON'T!" She yelled shoving past us and to the door. She stood blocking it with her arms crossed. I heard Sam groan loudly as he walked up.

"Brianna, do you have any idea."

"Yes Sam I do, this house straddles the damn treaty line, its fucking Alice and Emmett, and they know you're here and won't come closer." She said turning and walking outside. I followed her grabbing her.

"Mutt." I growled at the muscle one as he spoke to me.

"Emmett Cullen be nice, he's my imprint don't make me kick your ass."

"Save it for a cage." He said smugly before a huge grin spread across his face. Bri then pulled away from me as she walked up hugging them both. I raised my eyebrow as I heard Alice's question as they hugged.

"Are you ok."

"For now please keep an open eye if possible."

"I'll try." Bri nodded before walking back up to me and Sam. "Sammy, the Cullen's will help run the perimeter of here for my safety, I am here three more days then I leave for the fight I hope you all attend then back here for our battle. Everyone is a little spread thin right now so they are helping, they are welcome at my home as well and before you try and command me no Billy and Ol Quil are fine with it, hell who do you think help build my fucking house do fast."

"Fine only because they outrank me and I can't fight it." He said before storming off.

"Were sorry Sam, we know you don't like us." Sam stopped a moment before he continued walking towards the house as Emily was now on the porch, Leah had went to get her.

"Emmett will you be there Friday."

"Wouldn't miss it for the world kid, see ya." He said before him and Alice left, I was happy they left but I could tell Bri felt bad. It amazed me how the leeches didn't bother her in the least bit, she was friends with them. She and Jake, none of us liked it but we knew we couldn't stop it.

3 DAYS LATER

I woke up hearing Bri rush through the bedroom, going from the room to the bathroom and her closet. She was trying to make sure she had all she needed before she left. I looked asleep still but had one eye slightly cracked watching her move about. She was in a pair of my basketball shorts and a beater, she looked sexy as hell and when she stood next to me grabbing her phone I couldn't help reaching my hand out and grabbing her wrist. She jumped pulling her arm back in shock as she looked at me. I pulled her down to me kissing her as I pulled her on top of me, I was going to miss her, and the rest of us weren't leaving until later after we had a plan b in place to ensure safety while we were gone. After a few minutes, she pulled back breathlessly.

"See you later handsome."

"Good luck gorgeous."

"Thank you." She said kissing me again as she handed me something. I looked in my hand seeing a key. "It's yours lock up when leave." She said walking out, I heard the front door open and close before I heard her get in her car and head out.
