Seeing Alei, buckle again but this time passing out, doctor Sanders and I rushed over to her.

"Aleisha? Can you hear me Aleisha?" He shined the light in her eye.

At that point I saw where it rolled back and she began to have a seizure.

"Her brain is reacting to the stress. I need you to go outside with the baby." He said turning her on her side.

Complying, I got my son and left the room. As much as I didn't want to, I had too. Getting my phone out my pocket, I called T.

"Wassup goon?"

"I need you to meet me at the doctor's office. I got a situation and I need you to take Gabe and my car."

"Aight."

Same time I got off the phone, some other nurses came rushing to the room

"I need you to call Emroy and let them know we have a seizure patient coming in."

When I heard that, one of the nurses came with a stretcher. Looking on, I saw where they lifted her and laid her on it before wheeling her out.

"August, you're going to have to meet her over there."

"Aren't you coming?"

"I have two more patients to see and then I'll be over there."

Saying ok, I went and cleared up the bill for today's visit. As soon as I walked outside, I saw T hopping out of the SUV.

"What's going on?"

"Alei just had a seizure. They took her to Emroy." I handed over Gabe and my keys. "Take him and get Amirah and take them to her aunts place."

"Ok but what do I tell them?"

"Soon as you get there call me, I'll talk to her."

"You sure she'll be home?"

"Yea, I'm sure."

Going through the babybag, I got her phone and keys out.

"I'll call Norah's school and let them know."

"Aight goon."

Going our separate ways, I unlocked and got into Alei's car. Calling Amirahc's school, I informed them of the emergency with Alei and that T was on his way for her before making my way to the hospital.

"I'm looking for Aleisha Edwards."

"Relation?"

"I'm her fianceé."

Taking my information, she gave me a pass and told me where to go. Impatiently waiting to reach the floor, when it stopped I rushed out.

Approaching the door, I looked in and noticed she was having another seizure. Knocking, I signaled the doctor over.

"How can I help you sir?"

"Let me talk to her. She's my girl."

Looking back, he sighed and agreed. Entering the room, I walked up to the right side of her bed and just held her hand.

"Baybeh, just listen to my voice ok." I kissed her cheek. "I need you to relax for me. I got you. I know I caused this but I promise you I got you. I got us."

Resting my forehead against her temple, I lightly sang to her. Slowly she began to calm down.

"That's its baybeh. Just relax." I kissed her temple.

Within some minutes, she had completely calmed down. Looking over at the doctor and nurses, they stood there in amazement.

Excusing myself, I allowed them to do what they needed to.

"Doctor Sanders said he would be here shortly."

"Thanks man."

As they left, I just made myself comfortable in the room. When my phone rang, I saw it was T. Talking to Alei's aunt, I explained to her what happened.

She was worried but I reassured her that she was ok. As I sat at her side, her phone began to ring.

"Wassup?"

"I'm tryna get on to Alei." Sean spoke.

"She can't really come to the phone right now. What you need?"

"I've been tryna call her, remind her we got a contract running still."

"Yea whatever. Is that all?"

"Man why are you so hostile towards me?"

"Because I know niggas like you. You think I ain't know you got a think for my girl, but I'm not about to let you use your lah job to mess with her."

"Well ain't that something. August Alsina is threatened by a simple photographer." He laughed.

"Ain't nobody threatened by you."

"You're probably why she ain't answering my calls."

"Alei got a mind if her own. If she ain't been fucking with you, thats on you."

"Mhmm. Just give her my message."

I didnt even bother to respond. Ending the call, I put her phone down and exhaled.

Saying a little prayer, I laid my head back and just relaxed. I honestly couldn't believe that this shit was happening.

Alei

"Mmm."

Shifting in the bed, I opened my eyes to August sleeping in a chair, holding my hand.

"Aug?" I tried to call.

Because of my voice being horse, I squeezed his hand causing him to jump out his sleep.

"Babe you good?"

"Yea. I want some water please."

"I got you."

Attempting to sit up, he came back in with a cup along with doctor Sanders.

"Aleisha, you gave us quiet a scare there."

"I'm sorry." I said lowly.

"Its ok. How are you feeling?"

"Tired."

"Mhmm."

Checking my vitals, he basically let me know that I was going to be here over night. As much as I didnt want to, I knew I couldn't fight it.

Leaving the room, August stood over by the window and just looked at me.

"I'm sorry." I sighed.

"What? Why?"

"For all of this."

"Nah baybeh. This is my fault. I was outta line fa questioning my own child. For questioning you losing our first. I fucked up and I let my ego and shit fuck with me."

Listening to him, my emotions began to get the best of me.

"I would never do you like that Aug. Like that shit really hurt me."

"I know you wouldn't baybeh and again I'm sorry. I'll do whatever it takes to make this shit up to you but I just want you back."

Hugging me, I finally released the pent up emotions I've had this entire time.

"Believe me, I'll fix this."

Laying there in his arms, I didnt know what to say again. I just wanted things to go back to normal.
