As we sat eating, I couldn't help but just stare at Alei. The way she took her time eating was just so cute.

"What?" She chewed slowly.

"Nothing." I shook my head and smiled.

"Why are you staring at me like that?"

"Because you're beautiful and I'm lucky."

"Oh really? How are you lucky?"

"Regardless of how we might be at this point, I still have an amazing woman as the mother of my son."

"Hmm."

"And about me letting ole boy get into my head, I'm really sorry. Seeing that photo just brought it back to me and I know how you've told me in your past you used to go back to your ex."

"But still August. When I got pregnant I wasn't even on speaking terms with Druex unless it was about Amirah."

"I know but I was just stupid and said shit to hurt you because I was mad."

"You always do that though and its not fair."

"I know I gotta work on that."

"What do you want me to work on?" She looked at me.

"There isn't anything."

"I don't believe that." She sat back.

"Fine. Stop looking so damn good so niggas won't be looking at you."

Sitting there silently, she stared at me. Catching me off guard she began to laugh.

"Are you serious?"

"Is it possible?" I shrugged.

"I don't wear makeup and I naturally have a big butt so how do you want me to make your request happen?"

"I was only messing with you. What I want is for you to remember to tell me things. Don't hold back anything because you think I would trip."

"Same goes for you."

"Got it."

"I honestly do miss us ma."

"I miss us too. Its been hard trying to not feel hurt by everything all while still being in love with you."

"I assure you, things will be good again."

Nodding her head, we finished eating. Taking the dishes into the kitchen, she sat and sipped on her drink while I cleaned up.

"Ready for your other surprise?"

"I guess." She smiled.

Taking her hand, I led her to the back door. Opening it, I let her step out first.

"A massage?" She turned and questioned.

"Yea. By me." I smirked.

"Remember the first time you gave me one?" She began to laugh.

"Fuck yea I do. Yo ass fell asleep on me during it."

"You say that like you're still mad."

"I was ready to get in you and you fell asleep, leaving me with a hard one."

"And then what happened Aug?" She cut her eyes at me.

"You woke me up with some head and then rode me."

"Exactly. So you were still dealt with."

Removing her top, I helped her up on the massage bed. Making herself comfortable I approached her.
