"What time are you going to be here?"

"I should be there around one."

"OK."

Laying in bed, I just stared at him while he got himself together. I was in Miami for a the anniversary event for Sean's club.

"Why ya staring at m like that?"

"No reason."

Things been getting back to normal where Aug and I's relationship was concerned. Our communication has improved drastically after he came to my session a month ago.

I was back to sleeping in this room and we were working as a team again.

"Ya OK?" He gave me his attention.

"Mhmm. Just missing you and our children."

"Well they missing you too."

"I spoke to my mother earlier."

"Yea? What she said?"

"She was surprised by how active Gabe was."

"Ya remembered ta cover the outlets in the condo?"

"Yea I did and all the cupboards had the child proof locks on them."

"Aight. Anyway ma. Let me finish getting ready here so I can see you."

"OK. I need to go eat anyway."

"Yeen got anything on for today right?"

"No. Nothing till tonight itself."

"OK, well get some rest then."

"Thanks babe."

"Love you ma."

"I love you too."

Ending our call, I closed my macbook and placed it on the side. Getting up, I went to the kitchen and made me a lateish breakfast.

Dancing around in the kitchen as my music played, I made some pancakes and bacon. Initally everyone was to be here tonight, but each one has something to do.

Shay was told she can't fly to go anywhere at this point in her pregnancy while Jaz had to head to Houston with Amaya for her dad's memorial, family day thing.

Taking my things, I went into the living room and turned on the Tv. Making myself comfortable, I ate while checking through.

"Baybeh? Baybeh wake up."

"Mmm."

Rolling over, I woke up instantly when I felt August caught me. I hadn't realize that I was still on the couch.

"You gotta be careful ma." He helped me up.

"I'm sorry." I yawned and stretched.

"You been asleep all day?"

"I guess so." I looked around at my surroundings.

Not seeing my plate and cup, I then remembered that after I ate, I cleaned up and came back on the couch, watching movies.

"I ain't know you was that tired."

"Neither did I." I laughed lightly. "I'm happy to see you though."

"Me too." He smiled before kissing my lips.

"You hungry, I brought barbeque."

"Does it have macaroni salad?"
