Rose came downstairs, trying to amuse herself as the chaos commenced. She came across Walburga Black's portrait who began to insult her loudly.

"Filth! Scum! By-products of dirt and vileness! Half-breeds, mutants, freaks, begone from this place! How dare you befoul the house of my fathers —" she screeched.

"I'm not here to cause any trouble miss," said Rose calmly. "But I have to ask, aren't you happy to see Sirius here?"

Walburga's face suddenly looked angrier than ever when Rose said this to her and said,
"Why would I rejoice to see him in my house? The filthy blood traitor! Consorting with mudbloods and blood traitors alike."

"But, he's your son."

"BEGONE FROM MY HOUSE! YOU FILTHY BLOOD TRAITOR!" the portrait screamed futher.

Rose ran and covered her ears as though if she had received a howler, stumbling upon a room and shutting the door. She was safe from the unpleasant screaming.

A tapestry was hanging on the wall, it looked old and some places seemed if it were devoured by moths too. At the top of it were large words which read: The Noble and Most Ancient House of Black 'Toujours pur'.

"What is this?"

Rose turned around; Scorpius was there, standing near the door and closed it.

"Oh, it's you! You scared me." Rose chuckled.

"Seemed you didn't join with them." said Scorpius. Rose shook her head.

"James really takes after Uncle Harry's father. Very mischievous."

Scorpius laughed.

"Sirius is only one of the Blacks I liked. The rest, I never liked them, obsessed with blood purity, joining Voldemort." said Rose.

"Well, my grandmother was a Black." Scorpius told Rose.

He pointed Rose to Narcissa's face beside the names Bellatrix and Andromeda; the latter's face was burnt off.

"Oh yes, Andromeda Tonks, Teddy's grandma; she was disowned for marrying a Muggle-born." said Rose

Rose pointed out the name Cedrella Black, which was also burnt off.

"You know her?" Scorpius asked.

"My grandpa's mum, she was disowned for marrying Septimus Weasley, my great grandpa," Rose told him. "And of course, we Weasleys were considered as blood traitors.

"So, that makes us —"

"Distant relatives," Rose finished Scorpius's sentence. "Scorp, can I ask you something?"

"What is it?"

"Does being a half blood and blood traitor make any difference? I mean, do you think we're not fit to be a part of the wizarding world?"

"No," Scorpius replied, looking at his own face which was also displayed in the tapestry. "Mum and Dad raised me to see muggleborns, half bloods and blood traitors equally; grandmother and grandfather disliked my mother for this. To be honest, I think sooner or later, I'll be disowned like Andromeda and Sirius too."

Rose's frown disappeared and was replaced with a smile.

"Scorp?"
