Summer of 2021

Albus Severus Potter was sitting on his bed, his nose stuck on a book that he was reading. He hasn't come out of his small, and quiet bedroom for hours. Still, the time turner incident with him and his friend Scorpius Malfoy has haunted him all summer.

During their fourth year at Hogwarts, Albus and Scorpius attempted to prevent Cedric Diggory's death during the Triwizard Tournament in 1994, using a time turner. But this caused a lot of trouble; Albus's existence was almost wiped out when his father Harry was killed. And worse, Delphi, Lord Voldemort's daughter, almost succeeded on bringing her father back to life.

Luckily this was stopped, Albus and Scorpius promised that they'll never get their hands near a time turner again.

For Albus, this summer would be the best. As he already fixed his relation with his father. How bad could this sumner be?

"Albus! Albus! Scorpius is here!" his sister Lily hollered from downstairs.

Scorpius. Scorpius. How could he forget? How could he forget that Scorpius was visiting him today?

"Coming!" said Albus, tidying his messy black hair as he ran downstairs.

Scorpius was sitting on the couch along with Lily and Albus's older brother James, who was busy reading his 'Quidditch Through The Ages' book.

"Ah!" said James smirking. "Look who finally came down!"

Albus ran towards Scorpius and embraced him tightly as though if they hadn't seen each other for years. "Hey!" Scorpius chuckled. "We last saw each other a day ago."

Albus and Scorpius laughed at this, along with Lily and James.

There was a brisk tapping on the door. Teddy Lupin and his fiancé Victoire Weasley immediately came into the living rooms, holding hands.

"I thought you'd never come." said Harry.
Teddy immediately embraced his godfather, as his hair turned into a shade of pink and turned back into blue.

"What are they doing here?!" James shrieked, raising a brow. Ginny came running from the kitchen, wearing a long green cloak.

"Well kids, your father and I have an emergency meeting in the Ministry. So we asked Teddy and Victoire to watch over you while we're gone." said Ginny, tying her hair.

"But I don't need babysitting! Besides, I can take care of myself and the kids, and Fred isn't even here." whined James. Ginny scowled at him.

"James Sirius Potter, we don't want any trouble here while we're gone. That's why we asked Teddy and Victoire to watch over you," said Ginny seriously. "We have to go now."

"Fine." muttered James.

"Ted, Victoire, I want you two to keep an eye to the kids, we don't anything bad to happen." said Harry.

"We will Harry." Teddy and Victoire said in a chorus. Harry and Ginny then disapparted.

Whoosh!

Six figures stumbled out of the Potters' fireplace. Ash scattered around the floor.
"What the hell was that?" Teddy hissed.

"Teddy? Is that you? Where's my Jamsie?" said a boy with dark red hair with freckles scattered around his face.
"Freddie?" James asked.
"It is I! Fred II!"

James leaped from the couch and doved to Fred to hug him; Albus and Lily rolled their eyes. Fred's sister Roxanne shook her bushy hair, which was full of ash. "Sorry about that." she said. Rose got up with her brother Hugo and immediately pat Albus on the back.

"Teddy I'm glad you're here with my sister, or should I say, your future wife!" Victoire's brother Louis teased, making Teddy's hair to change into a shade of red.

"Future wife?" Socrpius asked, confused. Albus chuckled. "Sorry I forgot to tell you. Teddy proposed to Victoire the day after term." he said.
"She's gonna be Victoire Lupin soon!" Rose continued, as Victoire blushed.

"Dom," Victoire asked to her younger sister Dominique. "Does Mama and Papa know where you are?"
"Oui, we knew Uncle Harry and Aunt Ginny were having an emergency meeting at the Ministry so we asked Papa if we could visit you guys and he agreed." Dominique replied.

"Now Freddie! Let's shake this whole house!" James exclaimed, wrapping an arm around Fred as the two had their wands out.

"No you two wont! Harry and Ginny left ne in charge here." Teddy scolded them, his hair turning fiery red.

Hugo then laid his eyes on Albus's pocket, there was something hanging on it. Something gold, and shiny. No, it can't be.
He quickly seized it, to everyone's surprise.
It was a time turner! But how?

"Albus! Where'd you get that from?" said Scorpius. Albus was looking paranoid, he didn't say a single word.
"Tell us Albus! I thought the time turner was destroyed." Rose snapped.

Albus let out a sigh and said, "I sneaked it from Aunt Hermione's office, I thought I could use it just for once."
"Albus, don't you dare!" yelled Teddy.
"We promised our parents that we wouldn't use another one again!" said Scorpius hoarsely.

"Give it to me!" James shouted as he tried to reach for the time turner.
"No!" Albus shrieked. The two chased each other around the leaving room, James prepared to raise his wand.

"James, you're not allowed to use magic outside of school! Besides, you're birthday isn't until the next four weeks." said Victoire furiously.
James lowered his wand.

"Fine," he scoffed.

But before he knew it, Albus made a run for it, and tripped.

The time turner flew and hit the ground, smashing to bits. Sand and glass spilled all over the floor as everyone stared at it with wide eyes.

"It's broken!" yelled Albus as he collected the smashed bits.

"Well it can't do anything wrong, it's broken after all!" said Roxanne, with everyone sighing in relief.

Then it happened.

The sand rose and started to whirl violently across the room. It was taking Albus away.
"Hold on!" shrieked Scorpius as he held Albus's arm.
"I'm trying! You're hand's all sweaty!" said Albus.

James, Lily, Rose, Hugo, Freddie, Roxanne, Teddy, Victoire, Dominique and Louis tried to pull Albus and Scorpius together.

"Pull harder!" James grunted.

"Don't let go guys!" said Lily.

But it was too late, it was gone.

So was everyone.
