You arrived at Eraserhead's place fairly quickly. The walking from the abandoned apartment to here was not too far compared to how much you usually walked, but your legs still felt sore and you were tired.
"Can I go back to my home instead?" Ethan asked, eyeing Eraser. "I promise I won't try to escape."
"That's what they all say," Eraser scoffed. "You're staying here until I get at least your records." He yawned, and you noticed his eyes were really bloodshot. "I'll do that tomorrow." He paused, realizing it was 'tomorrow'. "I'll do it this afternoon."
He unlocked the door to his house and the three of you walked in. Inside was surprisingly clean and organized, unlike the person the place belonged to. "I'll catch some sleep, there's a couch if you want to sleep as well." He spoke to Ethan, knowing that you didn't sleep.
"You're just going to leave us here?" you asked him, surprised that he trusted you not to just leave.
"Would you rather I handcuff you to the couch or something?" He raised an eyebrow at you two. "Actually, that's not a bad idea."
"How about no," you objected immediately, regretting saying anything. Eraser ignored you, grabbing a pair of handcuffs from one of the bags around his waist.
"Are you two together?"
"What?" You and Ethan looked at him confused.
"A couple," he said bluntly.
You both shook your head profusely, objecting at the same time and voices overlapping because of the assertion. "Just friends."
"Huh, I guess that would be a problem." He pursed his lips and twirled the cuffs around once, thinking. He eyed Ethan. Did he think about cuffing your hand to his? When you looked over to Ethan, you saw a faint blush on his cheeks that quickly disappeared, showing he must've figured the same thing and didn't like the idea or assumption.
"Ethan could have escaped a long time ago," you quickly said.
"I said I would give myself in. Why would I try to run?"
Eraser looked to the two of you tiredly, then sighed. "Fine. I'll leave you two here. I doubt you have anywhere to go besides Shigaraki's and your home, Ethan. And Shigaraki claimed he doesn't want [L/N] involved with what they're doing."
You sighed in relief, then flopped down on the couch. Suddenly, you had just processed what Ethan had said. Give himself in? Why?
Ethan sat down next to you, rubbing his eyes. He must've been tired as well.
"Keep quiet if you're not going to sleep," Eraser said tiredly, then started to head off to another room, presumably his bedroom, to sleep.
Before he left, though, you called out, "Wait."
He stopped, looking back at you with a tired face and an eyebrow raised.
"Can you... can you keep quiet about Shigaraki until Katsumi and the others are captured first?"
He stared at you calculatingly. "Sure." He paused. "As long as you don't give yourself in to them for your quirk." He turned his head back and continued to his room. You stared at his retreating figure, wondering why he hadn't asked why and instead gave you a condition.
"I'll catch up on sleep as well," Ethan mumbled when he was gone. "G'night."
"Night." You glanced over at him, a frown on your face. You shifted to give Ethan space, then took out your phone. There were no missed calls or texts from Tomura. You hovered over the keys, wondering if you should text him. You decided not to, thinking back on what Eraser had told you. You closed the app and went to browse the Internet. You frowned when you noticed a news article about Stain. He had attacked and paralyzed a hero called Ingenium. That was Iida's brother.
