"Are you done packing your things?" he asked and closed the door and sit on the single sofa.
I was stilled for a moment.
"Uhh," I turned around. "Ito nalang," saka ko inangat ang bag ko.
Chance...
"Ano.. ano palang ginagawa mo rito?" I asked as I closed my bag and pulled my luggage closer to him.
"Just checking on you," he looked around.
"I like the frame on your wall," he said not removing his gaze to the painting. "Its not a frame, its a painting." I rolled my eyes, then he chuckled.
"Mom said you made that, its very impressing." he told me then looked at me. "You're quite impressing," he winked at me.
"Come on, maa-annull na tayo," he exclaimed. I stilled then smiled, "I know, Chance."
"Why don't you get yourself a boyfriend?" he asked out of the topic. "Remember what I've said to you, last six months ago?"
He rolled his eyes, "Of course!" he made faces. "And I quote, I want to be exclusively for you," he snorted.
"Come on! Just admitted you have feelings for me already! I might not tell Mom to process the papers," he winked at me.
"Stop dreaming," I scoffed. "Don't worry, you'll still see me at school," he smiled playfully.
I laughed softly and stood up to open the door. "Alam mo, ang hangin mo! Labas!"
"So cruel, I let you stay in my house!" but he walked out.
I closed the door, and pin myself into it.
I put it before the balcony, maiba naman, sa iba ako humarap ngayon. I looked at myself in the mirror.
"Walang bago, makalat pa rin." I chuckled at myself.
I looked around and stared at the library section of the room.
"I want to read," I stood up to walk through the library, and let my fingers run through the books. I heaved a sigh, "I want Chance's book,"
Lumabas ako ng kwarto ko saka tinawid ang sofa, thats in between our rooms. I knocked at his door twice, "Chance," but I got no response. I do it again, "Chance Joseph!"
