.... The 1950s-like hosts walked through the city. "Previously on Avatar: The New Hero Saga. Ryu's father Ronin Honoo had unfortunately been murdered by hands of gangsters from a criminal syndicate." He sat down on his chair. "No one survived the explosion, feeling complete and utter sadness and anger towards himself for allowing his father to perish. The NURN Police force investigate the explosive device to find who where the ones who murdered Ronin Honoo?" he finished as he walked away.

.... It was now three hours after the store bombing, back at the Honoo's house. The NURN police officers had already discovered that Ronin Honoo had been killed during the massive explosion. "Ms. Rikona, your ex-husband didn't make it out, he was the only one inside the building when it blew-up" The officer revealed. "No! it cannot be-- Ronin" Rikona cried. "I'm truly sorry for your loss" he placed his hand gently on her shoulder. "Mommy, is daddy really gone?" Ryo Honoo couldn't believe what he was hearing. His mother looked at him with sadness in her eyes, "I'm sorry, my son" "No! daddy can't be gone!" Ryo burst out crying along with his mother.

.... Ryu Honoo stood there helplessly in the hallway, upset at seeing both his little brother and his mother weeping over the loss of Ronin. "Father," he whispered. "'SNIFF-SOB'" he wiped away the tears flowing freely down his face. Composing himself, he walked away from the scene, not wanting to be hurt anymore by the tragic scene before him. "I was responsible for my father's death!" he admitted, and as he was again overcome with the awful reality, Ryu placed his hands over his face and began to cry once again. "Mister Honoo?" it was one of the police officers who approached him. "We're sorry for the loss of your father, Ronin" the cop tried to comfort him. "Who were those black-hearted bas*****s, and why they did kill my father!?" Ryu demanded. "We studied the remnants of the explosive device which killed your father, it may have been possibly linked to two members of the Triple Threat gangs. These two are known bomb-makers called Hun and Jian" they showed him the picture of the two Triple Threat henchmen. As Ryu glared at the picture, he recognized them immediately. Ryu was remembering vividly, "Hey! Idiot you messed-up my black jacket!" these two thugs had threatened. "The Triple Threat Triad Dynasty were the ones who killed my father" realized Ryu. The officer cautioned him, "Now, young man, you don't know for sure if the Triple Threats were involved..." Ryu spatted back, "Are you idiots blinded or have you been bribed! Those thugs killed my father, Ronin Honoo, and you're not going to do anything about it!?" Ryu was so upset he didn't realize he was shouting. "Mister Honoo! Calm down, we can't do anything about it without any solid evidence!" the cop replied. "Without evidence!? My father's dead because of those evil Triple Threat thugs!" Ryu yelled in anger. "Mister Honoo, enough: there is nothing we can do – I'm sorry" the female police officer spoke more calmly. "We'll try to find your father's killer, until then, don't go outside either, come-on, kid-we need you alive. After all, you owe this community another Korra statue" the female NURN police officer's voice was soft. "Let's go officer Jon-Jon" the female NURN officer-Maya and her partner-Jon-Jon left the Honoo's house.

.... After the cops had left; Ryu saw both his little brother Ryo and his mother Rikona sobbing pitifully over the death of Ronin. "I'm sorry Ryo son!" Rikona tried to comfort him. "Who could've taking daddy's life from us!" Ryo wanted answers. Ryu's first impulse was to comfort them but stopped himself, thinking he was responsible for Ronin's death. "...." Reluctantly, Ryu headed for his room, beside himself with grief.
