Chapter Ten

Reeses pov

We walk out of the store and i hand levi a drink which he gives me a confused look. "What flavour is it?" I send him a curious look.

"You've never tried fanta?" He shakes his head before trying to open it. I take a few sips of my own before noticing he can't open it. "Pass it here." He shakes his head and tried harder.

"I can do it." I watch him for another minute before laughing. "No you can't, just pass it here." He frowns and slowly hands it over.

I easily open it and pass it back to the unimpressed looking Levi. "I could have done it." I chuckle at the small boy.

I watch him as he takes a small sip of the fizzy drink before his eyes widen. "Its nice but why is it so strong tasting?" I laugh and shake my head. "You would not handle alcohol well kitten." He smiles and shrugs before taking another sip. "Wanna head back to camp?" He nods.

Me and levi made a small camp last night, and decided to stay there again. It's well hidden however super close to our car, like almost next to the well lit road car park, but not visible to people passing by. It's great really.

I pick up the bag and begin to walk, but notice something out of the corner of my eye.

I look over and see one of levis old gang members stood near the cash machine. "Levi go back to camp." I pass him the bag of groceries and he looks over to the guy then nods.

I turn back to the man and notice him walking away. I follow him as he begins to walk down an empty road.

Tw/murder

I smirk as I approach closer before i grab him. "P-please, don't hurt me." I laugh. "Or what? You gonna tell your daddy Blake." He turns to me and raises his eyebrows.

"You're that psycho from the East side gang. You're the guy who helped Levi escape." I wrap my hand tightly around his neck and grip onto it.

"Psycho? Is that what you weak westies call me?" He shakes his head. "Listen man, j-just let me go. I s-swear I won't tell Blake." I tilt my head back and laugh.

"Sure, but we both know if Blake threatens you like i have you'd spill your guts, so why take that risk?" I begin to squeeze his neck harder and harder.

I smirk as i see him grasp for air. "But on the other hand, i could let you go." I release my hand, just as he almost passes out.

"But then again." I grab his shirt and pin him roughly to the tree. "Why miss out on some fun?"

Levis pov

"I'm back." I look over at reese and notice how annoyed he seems. "What happened." He continues to walk towards the camp. "Nothing kitten, did you eat?" I nod. I look closer at him and frown.

"Whats all over your jacket... and your hands?" He walks straight past me, towards the small river next to our camp where he begins to wash himself. "Nothing kitten, drop it." I stand up.

As i walk closer i see the water around him turn a shade of red. "Oh my god you killed him." His head snaps towards me and he stands up.

"Just go to sleep levi." I frown.

"But he didn't attack you!" He looks around and sighs. "I did what i had do to kitten, now drop it." I shake my head.

"You shouldn't have killed him Reese! It just makes us more guilty." He shrugs.

"I don't care levi, what about that don't you understand." I frown. "Sometimes i wish you didn't like letting people die!" He turns to me, sending me the coldest look ever.

"Sometimes i wish i left you to die." I feel my eyes widen.

"You don't mean that..." he walks closer to me, each step he takes towards me i take one back.

I let out a small whimper as my back slams against a tree. He grabs my shirt and lifts me of the ground. He then gets close to my face, so close our noses almost touch.

I can feel his hot breath against my cheek. "I saved your life and i can take it from you any time any place. I have no reason to keep you alive, but don't give me a reason to kill you. Don't forget that." He then drops me and walks away.

"Go to sleep." I sigh and don't argue. I slowly lay down and frown, knowing i wont be sleeping at all.
