Heehehe Enjoyyy~

When they reached home Hinata felt a sense of relief fill him at the sight of the apartment in front of him, immediately going over to the couch and planting himself in a comfortable position.

“Want anything in particular to eat?” Kageyama said from the kitchen. Hinata contemplated for a moment before just telling him curry since he was in the mood for anything and knew it was Kageyama’s favorite.

He put his phone on the charger and waited until it was charged enough before finally powering it on to check on his missed notifications. His phone had gone dead while he was in the hospital and he had had no way to charge it until now. Checking the messages, he saw many well wishes and worries from his friends, a missed call from work (probably wandering why he wasn’t at work), and notifications from his social media (not that he posted much). He didn’t see anything out of the ordinary or anything unexpected, that was until he saw a message from an unknown number.

I got a new number. It’s Kuso. -Unknown. 1:03 p.m.

Look, I’m sorry about everything before. I won’t mess with you again. How about we just forget everything that happened? – Unknown. 1:05 p.m.

Hinata’s blood ran cold as his stomach spiked with fear. Calming himself down he called for Kageyama and waited for him to come up to the couch he was sitting on.

“Yeah?” Kageyama said. Without a word Hinata handed him the phone and sat silently, waiting for Kageyama to finish reading. Hinata could tell by Kageyama’s expression that he was annoyed, and mad even more so. A scowl had sat in his face as Hinata guessed he was rereading the message.

With a sigh Kageyama handed the phone back to Hinata and sat next to him, then with his strength he picked Hinata up lightly and sat him in his lap. Hinata felt himself blush strongly but didn’t resist it, leaning into Kageyama’s chest as he looked at his phone.

“Send a screenshot of the messages to Daichi.” Kageyama said. “If you want to reply or not… it’s your choice, okay? I’ll help you either way.”

Hinata sighed and rubbed his head softly on Kageyama’s chest, conscious of how Kageyama had his strong arm wrapped around his waist and how he was planting soft kisses in his orange unruly hair. “I’m not going to reply. I don’t want to back down and regret it later. I just don’t understand why he doesn’t want to go to court this bad… It’s just for a restraining order. It’s not like he really cares about me. I’m sure he has tons of other partners he can leach off of.” Kageyama sighed in reply, tightening his hold against Hinata.

Putting the phone to the side after sending Daichi the screenshot Hinata buried his head in Kageyama’s chest and heaved a sigh, enjoying how Kageyama stroked his hair.

“I didn’t think you would be so sweet to the people you like Kageyama. It’s almost shocking to me.”

“I’m not the person I was in high school. I’m a lot nicer than before. Besides,” Kageyama paused as he flipped their positions, resulting in Hinata laying on the couch and Kageyama above him, only inches from him. “I’m only nice to you dumbass.”

Bringing himself down Kageyama locked their lips together, sliding his hand up into Hinata’s shirt. Hinata gasped at the sudden touch, only to feel Kageyama slip his tongue into his mouth to initiate an even deeper kiss. Hinata melted into the kiss, slightly moaning in pleasure at the intimacy of Kageyama’s gentle touches. Kageyama’s calloused hand ran up and down Hinata’s chest, feeling up every inch of him as if he were trying to memorize every part of him. Hinata brought his arms up and slithered his hands underneath Kageyama’s shirt, running his fingers up his spine and enjoying the way Kageyama shivered slightly against the cold touch.

When Kageyama suddenly ended the kiss and sat up Hinata felt himself disappointed at the sudden loss of contact. Seeming to read his mind Kageyama smirked down at him. “Foods almost done. Plus, you’re still hurt. We’re not going any further until you’re all healed up.”

Hinata nodded in agreement, but felt his cheeks burn in embarrassment and disappointment. As if Kageyama had noticed his expression he leaned down and left another soft kiss on Hinata’s lips. “I’m not stopping because I want to. I’m stopping because I know if I go any further than this then I won’t want to, no... I won’t be able to stop myself.” Hinata’s face burned with a whole other emotion as he accepted Kageyama’s hand and heaved himself up. His worries over Kutabare’s messages long forgotten.
