Hey guys, got the stuff done finally!! Thank you so much to everyone who gave me well wishes for my health! I had originally had the chapters done and ready for the weekend, even promised one of my readers who kindly messaged me to check on my health a few days ago, but my chapters got deleted... so I had to rewrite them .... but I did and here's the first part.
It only took a short time for the ambulance to reach its destination at the hospital. When they arrived Hinata was quickly taken on a stretcher into the hospital while Kageyama was sent to the waiting room which also had an information’s desk. After speaking to the woman at the information’s desk Kageyama sat down and quietly stared at the floor, paying no attention to his surrounding and only to the turmoil at work in his heart.
After 10 minutes slowly passed Suga and Daichi walked into the room. After speaking to the woman at the information’s desk they silently sat down beside Kageyama, knowing no words could console or calm him down. After another 10 minutes a few others walked in- It was Noya, Asahi, and Ennoshita.
They asked Suga about the situation then also sat down quietly, waiting for the news. Soon more and more of their team showed up, all silent as they waited for the news of their friend. After another 20 minutes passed a doctor came into the waiting room and called the name Hinata, looking for the companions of Shoyo.
Kageyama’s heart dropped as he slowly rose, eyes solemn as he watched the doctor approach them. His fists tightened and he felt parched as he watched the doctor flip to a page in his little doctor’s notebook, scared of what his next words would be.
“The cut fortunately wasn’t deep. He should recover with no lingering side effects. He needs to stay in the hospital until his throat is recovered, which could take 2 weeks or more.” Kageyama felt relief surge through his body as he listened, feeling as if he had a 100-pound weight taken off his shoulder. He watched Suga ask the doctor different medical related questions such as what Hinata would need to take if he had to take medicine and what side effects would be caused and felt like he could leave it all to Suga, trusting him to figure out what needed to be done.
After they were done speaking the doctor informed them that they could see Hinata when he woke up, which shouldn’t be until morning. They all nodded and the others began getting prepared to leave and come back in the morning, Ennoshita’s apartment was close so they all decided to stay their so they could come back quickly in the morning.
Kageyama calmly sat down, preparing to stay there all night when Suga grabbed him and dragged him out, talking about how he needs sleep and can see Hinata in the morning. In the night wind dragging at his clothes and the view of Suga’s back as he dragged him out Kageyama felt a sense of security, knowing that everythin was going to be okay.
The part I wrote first that got deleted was better than this, but after having it deleted my ideas flew away. But the next part is one I'm proud of so far and should be out soon. This chapter is short because I didn't want to have to split the next part up at all so it should be decently long.
