The fight rages on and the winged beast flapped its wings so hard it created a huge gust of wind and formed two tornadoes and are now coming straight for Emily!

Emily was about to run away but she noticed that she was being lifted into the air and pulled her right into the tornadoes. As she is riding along with the wind, she tried to regain her balance but she kept slipping and ended up letting go of her sword.

However, before she was going to get her sword back, random dirt and tree branches caught up in the tornado and kept hitting her and blocking her path. Emily got annoyed as her fists glowed in red flames and she started punching the obstacles.

But just as she managed to punch her way and was inches before reaching her sword, the tornado disappeared and she is now falling to the ground. Emily quickly grabbed her sword in mid-air and closed her eyes as she awaited her fate.

Then, her ruby brooch glowed as a spark of light shined from her back and stopped her fall. Emily opened her eyes and noticed that she was inches before the ground. She then looked over her shoulders and saw dragon-like wings on her back.

"Now, that's something you don't see every day," Emily muttered,

Her wings disappeared as she landed on her feet and began dusting herself. She then looked around and noticed that the winged beast is nowhere in sight.

Suddenly, a large shadow towered above her and the winged beast dived down and crashed on top of Emily! SMASH!! THUD!! The winged beast then pinned her down with its huge claws and looked at her like she's her next meal.

"You really don't want me on your menu." Emily told the beast, "You'll probably get a stomach ache if you eat me."

The winged beast didn't register her words and immediately threw her up into the air and grabbed her with its large beak swallowing her afterward.

Inside the belly of the winged beast, Emily landed on what appears to be some green mucky grime.

"Eeewww!" she complained as she tries to stand up but kept slipping back to the grime. Then, something clicked in her mind as she picked up her sword that is stuck in the slime and knew what to do next.

Meanwhile, the beast licked around its lips as it seems satisfied with its meal, there was a rumble in its stomach. The beast slapped it with its wings and the rumble faded. However, the rumble grew louder and the pain was unbearable. The winged beast then screeched in pain as its body expanded with each loud rumble and a burning sensation coursing through its veins.

And all of a sudden,--KA-BOOOM!!! The beast exploded and its insides burst out leaving nothing but green slime, broken bones, and orange feathers. However, amidst all that, Emily survived the explosion and emerged from the giant blob nearby. She is very exhausted but at the same time disgusted by the smell. She grabbed her hair and noticed that it is now covered in slime and wreaks like it came from an oil spill.

"Now I really need a shower," Emily muttered to herself.

Then, she noticed that the sky turned purple and clouds swirled above. And in a split second, it was sundown. Emily found herself in front of her house and to her shock, was wearing her casual clothes but her hair remained sticky and smelly.

'What in the world is going on here?' she thought to herself.

Before she was about to walk towards the door, her mom opened the door and was shocked to see Emily standing there.

"Where have you been? I've been trying to call you on your phone but you didn't answer." her mom asked, but just before she was about to hug her, she backed away after noticing the smell. "Why does your hair smell like you got splashed by unfiltered sewer water?"

Emily was speechless, "Uh,..."

"Nevermind that." her mom said, "You better get inside and freshen up in the bathroom."

"Yes, mom," Emily replied as she quietly walked right inside the house and into the bathroom.

A few minutes later, she let out a huge sigh of relief as she walked into her room, with a change of clothes, putting her bag near her closet, and sat on her bed while wiping her hair with a towel. As she placed her towel on her door hanger, she tried to recall what happened earlier but her memories were a bit blurry and couldn't remember the time she battled the winged beast.

'That's odd. How come I don't remember any of that?' Emily thought to herself. She then had an idea and took out her phone from inside her bag and searched for any news about the recent incident.

However, to her dismay, there were no results of any monster related incidents. Instead, she saw news articles about a robbery attack in the school that she's in. Furthermore, she continued reading and noticed that there was one point in an article about a mysterious red-armored girl that came out of nowhere, took out the robbers, and saved the school.

Emily then got a closer look at CCTV footage of the scene. She was shocked to find out that the one in red armor is actually her but she doesn't recall anything about a robbery.

She looked at the comment section and some people are praising and calling her "Rose Knight" because of the fire move she used in the footage. With that, Emily put her phone on the table near her laptop as she was stunned by what she saw.

"So they called me 'Rose Knight', huh," Emily muttered to herself, "Nice name." She then prepared her clothes to wear tomorrow before lying down on her bed. She did some stretch exercises to make herself feel tired and sleepy which she then ended up yawning as she closes her eyes.
