Killer betrayed Nightmare and left with Color, living in Outertale's Inn for now. But, it was with a price. Color's sleep.
Every night, Color was having nightmares, making him tired and grumpy.
After about a month spent by having one hour of sleep filled with nightmares and a slip up of Killer when trying to talk with his now distant friend, an argument erupted and Color really hurts Killer's feeling and also insults Nightmare and says he should have never existed.
This ends up with Killer leaving, by teleporting. And Nightmare who was just waiting for this appeared.

Sorry, this prologue is also the resume of the oneshot, as the title indicated, so it is stupidly short. The others chapters will be longer don't worry.
