*Sofia's Pov*
"I was worried that there was something bad happening to him. I didn't wanna lose the one thing that actually cared about me. The one thing that I actually cared about as well. He's not only my boyfriend, but one of my best friends." I spoke to the crowd in front of me.
"Thank you, Sofia." The priest said to me.
I walked back to my seat next to Elizabeth and Chad Grier. I was continuing to weep. People gathered around Hayes and slowly brung him to the graveyard, where he was then buried.
Hayes had some sort of virus in his knee. It was not curable. I couldn't do anything. I didn't even say goodbye. He didn't deserve this.
I wish I never loved Hayes, so I didn't have to feel the pain that I'm feeling currently. It hurts.
This was the day I lost my Hayes... officially. I'll miss you Hayes Grier. I promise.
