Chapter 34: Revealing Honesty

"Aaliyah, you need to tell me what's going on because you're making a scene and I'm getting kinda freaked out." I said.

She kept crying. "You're going to hate me. Everyone will."

"What did you do? C'mon just tell me."

"It was my plan."

"What was your plan? Wait, was making Shawn like me your plan?!"

"Not only that, but basically your life."

"Aaliyah. What. Do. You. Mean."

I was really hoping it had nothing to do with Hayes, but somehow my gut told me it was.

Aaliyah took a breath and let it out.

"I'm the leader of Iris' group. We made up the whole story of Iris and Hayes being together in the past. It was my idea to ruin you, because I loved Hayes, from the start, when I first met a long time ago. Iris went along with the idea of being the psycho and tried to kill you, but it was my plan. I wanted you...dead. That's when I realized that I, myself was the psycho, but it didn't stop me. I wanted to be the one that was treated the worst to get on your good side and get Hayes from there, but things didn't go how I wanted them to. I barely got to see Hayes. I told Iris to hurt Hayes and in the most painful way possible, but the love he had towards you was getting stronger. So, Iris injected him. I was behind a bush watching it happen. When Iris left I ran to him and told him to write you a letter because I regretted it. After seeing you depressed for a long time, I paid Shawn to make you feel better. My crush toward Hayes made me a killer. I never wanted to admit it to you, but you let me live with your sister and helped me in tons of ways. I'm so sorry for killing H-"

I slapped her.

"Tell me that you're lying to me." Tears fell down my cheeks.

"I'm sorry." She shook her head signaling no.

"How could you?!"

"It's just love."

"Love is happiness, not killing the person you love!"

"That's probably one of the reasons he was Closer To You."

"Plus, don't bother calling the police. Their on their way to pick me up." She added.

"Good." I ran with tears.

I was shocked.

I didn't know if It was better knowing the truth or knowing nothing at all.

But what can I do know?

The truth was out. Honestly. I'm done. There no point in being here. So goodbye world. I'll see you in another story, another time.

I ran across the street.

Tears making my vision blurry and boom.

It hit me.
