Chapter 22: It's Just Love

*Sofia's Pov*

I didn't know why I kept on forgiving Hayes. I mean I love him to death, but what if his excuses are made up. I decided not to think about. I had a great day with him yesterday. The necklace he gave me was absolutely beautiful. I wore it a lot since then.

Hayes was at a football game with his dad, so I didn't get to see him today. I got news from my mom that my older sister, Hazel is coming. She's 21 and lives on New York City. She's on her way and should be arriving later this afternoon. I was so excited to see her because we were so close until she got a modeling gig in New York. She's a model and I'm super jealous of her hair!

Enough of that. I decided to spend my day with Skylynn. We went to an arcade and I won her this horse with grey spots.

"I love it!" She squealed. We ended up spending 60 dollars on tokens. I was into this game called Knights Castle. I was so into it that I lost Skylynn.

"Skylynn?!" I yelled while searching for her. I continued calling her.

"Horsey!" I hear her voice say. I look back and see her trying to win a game. It's a game where you throw an apple into a horses mouth and if you get it in, you get a horse with an apple in its mouth.

She ended up winning about 8 of those. We practically spent the whole day at the arcade until I got a text from my parents saying that we should start heading back because Hazel should be arriving shortly.

"But I don't wanna go!" Skylynn whined.

"Oh come on?" I say.

"No!" She sasses.

"Skylynn what if you haven't seen Nash in a lot of years. Would you wanna see him?" I say.

"Fine, but only cause of Nash." She giggles.

We walked back home. It was a 10 minute walk and we saw a taxi in front of the Hotel with Hazel coming out of it. "HAZEL!" I shout as I hug her so tight. "SOFIA!" She shouts as she hugs me back. "This os Skylynn." I say pointing to her. "Well hi there. You remember me?" Hazel asks. "Hmmm. I don't thin- WAIT YOUR HAZEL!! I remember you! You gave me horse bedsheets for Christmas 2 years ago!" Skylynn exclaims.

"Haha yup." Hazel says while giving Skylynn a box.

Skylynn opens the box. It's a charm bracelet. It has one charm so far. A horse.

"Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!" Skylynn says as she gives Hazel a big hug.

"And for my little sister..." Hazel says as she gives me a flat box. I open it and see a frame with a picture of us when we were little.

"Aweee thanks!" I say while hugging her.

All 3 of us head to my hotel room and just chill there. My parents were in here too as well as the Grier's. It was a family reunion that I won't forget.

"I have some big news." Hazel exclaims.

"I'm moving to North Carolina! I'll be leaving Miami 1 day before you, so I can pack from New York. I'll probably be there 1 day after you arrive. I found a great apartment near your houses and I'm so happy!" She added.

Everyone was so happy to hear the news. I was especially.

It was about 11:00 pm when I started falling asleep. Everyone left to go to their own room except Hayes. We talked about our day. It was amazing talking to him. I could tell him anything.

I lay my head on his chest. "I love you." He says.

"I love you, too." I reply. I drift off to sleep.

*Morning*

I wake up next to Hayes. He was still asleep. He was drooling. I decided to take a picture. The flash went off and he woke up. "Oh shoot." I say. He eyes open wide. "Delete it." He says. "Good morning to you, too." I say. "Sofia delete it." He repeats. I shake my head. He grabs a pillow and throws it at me. I run out the room. He runs after me shirtless. He ran faster so he eventually caught up to me. He grabs my phone and deletes the picture.

He hands me back my phone. I go to the recently deleted folder. I recover the photo. I then send it to him. He gives me the "ARE YOU KIDDING ME" look. I laugh. We walk back to the room. Together. He puts on a shirt. I went to the bathroom to change. I put on a yellow strapless sundress. I left my hair in its curls and put a yellow flower in it hair. I went out of the bathroom. "She looks so perfect standing there in my American Apparel underwear!" Hayes sings.

I blush but hide my face in his chest. He laughs. We go to the hotel's cafe and eat breakfast. We both eat french toast with a bowl of fruit and orange juice. I have to say, I loved spending time with him.
