Jax POV (Ahh ik)

I couldn't clear my head. My thoughts were swarming me, just swimming around in my brain. I wanted to slam my head on the red table Tyler and I currently sat at. We sat across from each other in a large booth.

After we left the cafeteria we decided to go to a diner. I basically told Raven I liked her before we left. Now I was feeling of sickness in my stomach. I don't know what it is.

The diner was a small little place that I grew up coming to. I know the staff and they have seen me grow up. The only person who i've brought here is Tyler.

One thing, or I should say person, was on my mind. Raven. From the first day she walked in she just didn't give a fuck. She's beautiful and she doesn't care about who I am, she will still say it.

She doesn't put up with anyone's bullshit and she's fun to be around. Heck I even laughed, that hasn't happened in- I don't even know how long.

I didn't know the Marino brothers had a sister. Where has she been all these years?

I saw her painting in the hallway. She's talented. It was a dark picture though, what made her think of that?

"Man what are you thinking about?" Tyler asked me, siping his milkshake.

"Nothing" I grumbled snapping out of my thoughts.

"What's nothing?" Lily the elderly woman asked. She was the owner of the restaurant with her husband. They were like parents to me.

"Oh Jax over here is day dreaming about a girl" Tyler  smirks. "Oh and she's a pretty one too"

I was about to cut in but Lily screamed. "OH MY GOSH ITS HAPPENING. DAVE GET OUT HERE" She yells to the back. Dave is her husband.

"Yeah" Dave walks through the door.

"You will not believe it! Jax is interested in a girl!" She cheers.

I glare daggers at Tyler as Dave slaps my back. "My man! You have to bring her here"

"I don't know" I sipped my soda.

"What do you mean that you don't know. You bring her here!" Lily then goes to help a couple with their orders.

I knew Lily and Dave wouldn't let this go.

I kept thinking back to when she passed out in school. She didn't look good that day. She was pale and shaking. When she passed out in my arms, I was terrified.

I picked her up in bridal style and carried her to the nurse. She was light, way to light. When we got there the nurse was panicked and called an ambulance.

I rode with her as the nurse called her brothers. I stayed in the hospital until she woke up. I was terrified.

When she woke up and her brothers started asking questions you could tell it was serious and she didn't want to talk about it.

She had broken ribs, cuts, and bruises everywhere. Every time her family asked she would shut down and be cold to them. What ever it was, It's bad.

I let them be alone, they were family after all. I can't help but wonder what happened to her.

I wanted to get to know her and I would.
