A/N: long chapter

Andrea's POV

We just arrived dito sa bahay namin sa Tagaytay with Ate Liza. She lost her memory except her name. Hindi pa sya nagsasalita since we picked her up sa hospital, we have her personal nurse, and a doctor will come in twice a week.

Earlier this morning, Tito Chard was arrested and brought to the precinct. Matibay ang mga evidence against him. My heart breaks at the fact na kaya nyang gawin yun, at samin pa na tinuring silang pamilya ever since.

I have been declining Seth's calls, and ignoring his messages. Hindi ko pa sya kayang makausap, I'm mad, very mad. Pero alam kong hindi dapat ako sakanya magalit. Pero yung katotohanan na his Dad killed my parents, hindi ko matanggap.

I headed to the veranda and looked at the view. Tanay mula dito ang Taal Lake, at napakaganda nito. Sumandal ako sa railing, and I continued to admire the view.

Maya maya, may tumabi sakin, a few feet away. It's Francine.

"Ang ganda, no?" Sabi nya, keeping her sight sa view.

"Yeah." I agreed.

"Nakausap mo na ba si Seth?" Biglang tanong ni Francine saken.

"No." Malungkot kong sagot. "I have no idea what to say, or how will I respond sa mga sasabihin nya saken." I added. "Si Kyle ba nakausap mo na?"

"Hindi pa din." Sagot nya saken. "Maiintindihan naman siguro nila yon, diba?"

"Sana." I hoped, really hoped na mainitindihan nila na hindi ito madali kahit kanino.

Walang ibang laman ang media and internet ngayon kung hindi ang arrest kay Tito Richard. Court Hearing will start tomorrow. As for us, pinapaayos na ni Ate Kath ang mga papers namin for Australia. I understand her, I really do, pero parang hindi ko kayang maiwan ang Pilipinas. She told us na it will be just for a while, pero she didn't specify how long that a while is.

Darren has been texting me as well, pero I choose to ignore everyone muna. I feel so stressed sa mga nangyayari samin. We all thought that its was the usual car accident, pero murder? Sobrang iba yun, at masakit kase pinilit mawala yung mga taong mahalaga samin. I shiver at the word murder, thinking about it makes me feel scared.

Almost dinner time na nung biglang dumating si Ate Kath dito sa Tagaytay house namin. She looks so tired, and restless.

"Ate, are you okay?" Lapit ko sakanya sa couch. "Kumain ka na ba?"

She leaned her head back, with her eyes closed. She took a deep breath before looking back at me.

"Please tell Yaya to cook something na may sabaw."

"Okay, Ate."

I then headed to the kitchen para magpaluto kay Yaya. I asked her na sarapan nya para naman mapawi ang pagod ni Ate Kath. I went back sa living room, and tinabihan ko si Ate Kath.

I hugged her. Hindi ko alam kung bakit, pero pakiramdam ko na we both need this. Ate Kath wrapped her arms around me, there, I felt safe. I felt happy for a while.

"I love you, Ate."

"I love you too, 'Drea." She tells me before kissing my forehead.

After maluto ng Sinigang for dinner, tinawag ko na si Francine at Ate Liza. It was a quiet dinner, meals have been quiet since the tragedy. I wanted to speak up, maybe try to lighten the heavy atmosphere, pero alam kong trying to make it won't do any good for now.

Dinner passed by really quiet, Ate Kath headed up to her room right away. I know she is tired, sya kase ang humaharap sa media for us. She wanted us to stay away sa nangyayari, she is trying to protect us.
