Sorry medyo biglaan. May nabasa kasi akong comment na putol daw yung Chapter 13 sakanya, can you let me know kung putol ba or buo yung mga chapters sa end nyo? Sakin kase, okay naman sa phone and laptop ko.
You can try these then check nyo kung magiging okay na. Do the troubleshooting one by one, THEY ARE NOT steps na 1, 2 ,3. They are OPTIONS.
- remove then re-add the story sa list or library nyo (if nasa list nyo man sya or library)
- log out then log back in sa Wattpad. PLEASE BE SURE na alam nyo yung wattpad log in nyo aka username and password. Or if via Facebook ba kayo nag-log in. Kase this will affect your whole lists and library. Ayoko naman mawala yung mga story na ni-save nyo.
- clear cache nyo muna yung Wattpad (PM nyo ko, as in PM if hindi nyo alam to gawin).
- pag walang effect yung first 3 sa taas, try to clear data yung Wattpad (PM nyo ko, as in PM if hindi nyo alam to gawin). NOTE: doing this one will ask you na mag log in ulit sa app, PLEASE BE SURE na alam nyo yung wattpad log in nyo aka username and password. Or if via Facebook ba kayo nag-log in. Kase this will affect your whole lists and library. Ayoko naman mawala yung mga story na ni-save nyo.
- reinstall the app. again, this will prompt you to log in, so take note yung nasa taas.
There, I just think na needed to. I will keep this here for future reference ng lahat.
PS clear cache and clear data only works for ANDROID. Pag iPhone user ka, rekta reinstall ka after ng Option 1 and 2.
