chapter 7 : kartik and naira's plan

"Shall I feed you something then?"Kartik asked which made Naira nod with a smile which also made Kartik happy.

Kartik took a plate which had some fruits. He walked towards Naira and started to feed her one by one. Their closeness and how Kartik was feeling was beyond explanation. He felt so happy as he helped her eat.

"Kartik!"Naira called out bringing Kartik out of his dream Land.

"What are you thinking about?"Naira asked coming into the kitchen

"Oh god..this was a dream?"Kartik thought and looked at his hand but there was no plate his in hand.

"What were you thinking about?"Naira asked again

"Kuch nahi..woh..bas..just some stuff regrading office!"he said.

"Okay then..!"Naira said with a smile and went towards the refrigerator. When she walked towards it she stumbled a bit due to her lehenga making a jar of water to fall down. It fell down making the floor completely wet.

"Oh god..now how will I go to the other side without falling?"Naira thought looking at her hands and her mehendi.

Kartik understood her feelings when Naira looked at him and back down.

Kartik slowly walked towards her and soon enough he stood infront of Naira. Without wasting another second he picked her up in bridal style and both of gazed into each other's eyes.

Din mein jugnoon talash karta hoon
Gull mein  Khusboo talash karta hoon
Ajkal kya hua hai mujhko
Khud mein usko talash karta hoon

Kartik walked towards the other side slowly as he didn't want to slip and fall and mainly not to get Naira hurt as well.

Haar jaga ab tu hi Nazar atta hai

After they came to the entrance of the kitchen he helped her stand up. After standing on her feet Naira looked at him.

"Thank you...!"she said with a smile and Kartik nodded with a smile. She turned around to leave but tripped and was about to fall back but Kartik caught her safely before anything else can happen.

Naira then went to the hall and followed by Kartik. After sometime Naira got her hands cleaned.She and Kartik headed towards the balcony coming from the opposite directions.

Both of them were busy looking at their phones. They didn't notice each other and straightly bumped into each other.

"Oww...!"both of them said in sync rubbing on their forehead.

"Mendak!can't you see where you are going?"Naira shot

"Why are you blaming me?you could have also walked where you are going!"Kartik said

"This is my house. I will walk however I want!"Naira said holding her hands. But Kartik stopped her from speaking by placing his finger on her lips taking Naira by shock.
