chapter 48 : kaira's love for eachother

Kartik and Naira broke the hug and Naira stood up to go get changed.

Kartik too stood up to go charge his phone. Naira stopped on her tracks when she remembered something.

She turned around and looked at him. Kartik looked at her and gave her a confused look.

"What happened,what are you thinking?!"He asked.

"I just realized I forgot something important!I can't believe I forgot it!!"she said

"You forgot something?What did you forget now huh?!"Kartik asked in confusion.

"Haa it is your birthday and I didn't even give you a kiss!"Naira said in teasing tone. Kartik sensed she was up to something when Naira started to walk towards him.

"I can sense what you are thinking so stop playing with me!"He said walking backwards.

"Did you start learning mind reading or what?!"She asked. Soon Kartik's back touched the wall and Naira stood infront of him.

"I don't need to learn that okay?!I know my biwi very well!And look stop making me go crazy now or else..!"He started but was stopped by Naira.

"Or else what huh?What will you do hmm?!"Naira asked with a smirk.

"Besharam Ladki!"Kartik said.

"Acha so I am besharam?! If anyone in this room is besharam that is only you! Always you keep saying romance romance. What happened now?!"Naira asked.

"My sherni seems to be in a good mood today!"He said with a smirk.

"Oi Mendak shut up your tar tar and don't irritate me!"Naira said grabbing his collar and pulling him close to her. Kartik was about to say something but couldn't even start the sentence when Naira pressed her lips against his.

He started to kiss her and during it he picked her up slightly and pinned her to the wall caging her between his arms. After few minutes they broke the kiss and let their forehead touch.

"This birthday indeed was great for me!"Kartik said and chuckled.

"Happy birthday my Mendak!"Naira said with a smile.

"Thank you my Sherni!"He said and kissed on her forehead.

After that Naira went to get changed. Once she came out she saw Kartik speaking to someone on his phone.

Naira stood infront of the mirror and started applying lotion on her hands. When she was doing it Kartik came from the back and stopped her from doing It.

"You worked so hard today. Let me help you with this!"He said after she gave him a questioning look. He took the lotion into this hand and slowly applied it on her hands. Once he was done he hugged her from the back and kissed on her cheek.

"Can we sleep now?!I am so sleepy!"Naira said

"Haa come on. Let's go!"He said. Then they slept off.

Next day Kartik woke up first and found Naira sleeping like a baby in his arms. He kissed on her forehead and slowly moved away from her  trying not wake her up.

He left the room to go get them coffee's. 15 minutes after he was gone Naira woke up. She looked to her side for Kartik but he was not there.

"Where did Kartik go..?!"Naira thought. Just then Kartik walked in with two coffee cup's in his hands.

"Good morning jaan!"He said with a smile

"Good morning!!"Naira replied with a bright smile.They sat near the window drinking coffee.

"Naira can I ask you something?!"Kartik asked

"Yeah?What is it?!"She asked

"Have you made any decision?!About the job offer!"He said and Naira sighed

"Not this again!Kartik not now please!"Naira said

"Naira please make the correct decision!"Kartik replied.

"I promised you that I will. But let's not talk about this now!Now end this conversation!"Naira said and Kartik didn't say another word.

"Maybe I should discuss about this once we get back home. She is not going to listen to me now. I will make her understand once we go home!"He said to himself.

Kartik,Naira and both of the families spent the day together. Next day morning they left the resort and arrived back at home.

In the evening it was raining heavily and Naira was not home.

There was some party at the house tomorrow so Naira went out to get some stuff required for the party.

Kartik started to get worried as Naira didn't come home yet and it was raining heavily and on top of all she was not answering her phone.

Kartik kept on trying hoping she would answer but Naira didn't.

"Luv kush,when Naira left did she tell in how much time she will return?!"Kartik asked Luv,Kush

"She said she will be back in 2 hours. She must be back by now but I think she must have stopped somewhere because it was raining!"Luv said.

"Naira,oh god please answer your phone or at least reply to my message!"Kartik said to himself.

After sometime He felt very relieved when he saw her come inside. He saw her completely drenched. He quickly went to her and hugged her catching her off guard.

"I was so so so worried!Where the hell were you?!You could have at least replied to my message!"He said

"I am sorry my phone's battery is dead!"Naira said

"What took you so long?!"He asked

"It was raining heavily and even the traffic was full. So I took that jp road route. Even there the traffic was so much!"Naira said

"Naira I warned you many times not to take that jp road. It is dangerous and mainly in this time!"He said

"Kartik I had no other way so that is way I choose that..!"Naira said

"Just promise me you won't go on that road again. It is dangerous and make accidents happen there. Please..!"Kartik said

"Okay fine I won't. I am sorry!"Naira said. Kartik nodded and hugged her.

"Okay you should go and get changed. Or else you will catch a cold. Go!"He said. Naira nodded and went to get changed.
