As soon as Iwaizumi went offline, there was a knock at your front door which sent a shockwave of panic through you, as if he had actually come to beat you up.

You walked down the stairs at your own leisurely pace, fearing it was the volleyball ace, only to look through the peephole to see an impatient-looking Sakiyama.

You opened the door with a smile.
"Sakiyama. How's your day been?" you asked. She raised a brow at you.

"It's been amazing." she deadpanned. "just kidding, I feel like shit."
"Oh. What happened?" you asked, slinging your volleyball bag over your shoulder and stepping out, closing the front door and making sure it was locked.

"Well, first I overslept my alarm." Sakiyama began listing as the two of you started making your way to school. "and then I remembered that we had to go to school again, and then I remembered that my cousins died last week.

"But that isn't all! I had to deal with Terushima Yuuji from Johzenji texting me all morning about how he accidentally sent a 'compromising picture' to Sawamura thinking that the name 'Daichi' was a girl called 'Diya.'" she continued.

"Terushima, like, the tongue piercing guy?" you blinked. "oh. He harassed me for my number one time when I went to watch Seijoh play against them a year or two back."
"And he didn't get it?" Sakiyama asked.
"Kyoutani started growling at him." you replied. "I don't know if it was the whole 'Mad Dog-chan' personality thing or whatever, but I thanked him and we became friends."
