A/N: This story will soon be put on hold because I'm following the anime rather than the manga. This will be reopened after the 5th season is released. Thank you so much for reading this book!

Third Person View
Class A reserved the gym for them to use on their practices for the school festival. Jiro had been leading the band team and would point out common mistakes each of them would make if there were any. From what Yaoyorozu sees, she was enjoying the entire thing. Mina and the others in the dance team were working hard too.
The effects team already had an extravagant idea on how to spice up the area when they perform. Their progress as an entire class was apace.
Yet, today, a certain black-haired girl was having trouble focusing on their practice. She keeps on pressing the wrong chords when they play, leading to the hedgehog yelling at her to do it right because of his hope to crush UA with their own sound.
Kaiyo noticed how out of it Yaoyorozu was being and stopped playing with the rest of them. She turns around from her position in the center with Jiro, looking dead straight at the embarrassed Yaoyorozu.
Everyone knew that nothing slips past Kaiyo. Her natural instincts are deadly accurate.
"Why don't we take five?" She turns to Jiro. "We have been practicing for an entire thirty minutes now."
"Yeah, sure. Kaminari, Tokoyami, I'll help you guys out in getting the instrumental part." The short-haired girl nodded and led the two a little far away from the stage. Bakugo huffs, standing from the drum set to sit by the edge of the stage until they finish their break.
The others were still busily doing their own work, so Kaiyo took this as her chance to approach her troubled friend. She stands on the other side of the keyboard, swiftly sliding her guitar to her back. It held it up with her black strap on her shoulders.
"Hey," Kaiyo started off with a soft tone on her voice. "What's wrong?"
Yaoyorozu sighs internally. Nothing really gets past her. She looks up to meet eyes with her best friend, a small frown tugging on her lips as she held a weak fist up to her chest.
Lately, she had been bothered by these feelings she felt for a certain person. They have been well, and were closer than most people would think. Being someone from a different class makes it hard for them to meet, but when they do, Yaoyorozu feels like time would stop.
She wanted those moments to last forever, but why were her feelings causing trouble now?
Is it because they haven't met each other frequently?
Is it because they seem to be too busy to even communicate through text messages?
She didn't know, and she was really confused of what she was supposed to do at a time like this. "Kaiyo," she mumbles.
The girl hums, placing her hands on her hips while shifting her weight on her left leg. She patiently waited for Yaoyorozu to let it out, but she seems to be struggling.
With a sigh, she nods her head to the side in a gesture for her to follow and walked down the stage. Yaoyorozu quietly followed behind her, looking down at the ground as she leads them out of thr gym and to the vending machine nearby. Yaoyorozu sits on the bench beside it.
"You've been pretty dazed for awhile now." Kaiyo said, eyes scanning through the drinks available in the vending machine. "Is it because of Awase or something?"
