Shoto sighs helplessly.

He had been trying to think of a way to make her go out with him today, despite the light rain outside the comfort of their home. He wanted to eat in that certain ramen house they found fifteen minutes away from their residence, craving to have a basket of the cold soba they serve there. It wasn't like he's the only one winning if they do. The spicy beef ramen in the same shop is one of Kaiyo's favorites.

The only problem now is to actually convince her to go out at such a gloomy weather.

Shoto knew for a fact that Kaiyo loved staying in when it's raining, which will be the challenge for him to make her go out with him today.

Sighing, he decided that the cold soba was worth the try. He gets up from the kitchen stool he had been sitting on minutes ago when he told her that he'll drink some water and made his way back to their shared bedroom.

As Shoto neared the said room, he began to hear muffled squeals and giggles from the other side of the room. He chuckles, finding it adorable how Kaiyo released those noises when watching her favorite dramas. His slim fingers coiled around the door handle and twisted it open, pushing inwards to see the girl herself cocooned in their thick comforter. Her laptop was placed in front of her seated figure on the bed, the lenses of her specs reflecting the fifth episode of the drama she was watching.

"Sweetheart, I'm heading to Toshi Ramen House." He says, leaning against the doorframe as he folded his arms over his chest and awaited her reply.

In an instant, Kaiyo's head looked away from her screen. "In the rain?" She asks.

"Yeah,"

"Make sure to bring an umbrella, then. I don't want you getting sick." Was all she said before returning back to grinning at her laptop screen.

Shoto sighs. "I'll get some cold soba."

"Great, enjoy."

"Maybe take your car on the way."

"Sure, just don't dent my precious Victoria."

"So, you're letting me go out in the rain?"

"I know how much soba means to you, Sho."

"I'm going to be alone, though."

"It's just a few minutes away. You'll live."

Shoto felt like giving up right then and there. She was obviously not taking the hint that he wants her to go with him. With an exasperated sigh, he drags his feet towards the bed and sat on the edge. He sees her still focused on the drama, smiling like a lunatic and hiding her reddened cheeks with her hands.

He moves behind her and rested his legs on both her sides, arms wrapping around her blanketed figure. His chin plants itself on what he felt as her shoulder, humming lowly. Kaiyo blinks, attention ripped away from the show. "Shoto?"

"Come with me." He mumbles weakly.

Said girl pondered back to when Shoto had been blurting out things she didn't even need to know when he leaves for his soba. She finally caught on to what he had been trying to do and chuckled. Leaning back against him, she plants a kiss on his jawline. "Why didn't you say so?"

"You don't mind?" He asks, bewildered.

"If you want me to go so badly, you could've just asked." She mumbles.

"But you don't like going out in the rain?"

Kaiyo glanced at the window, still seeing the pattering raindrops hitting the thin pane. "Yeah, but I don't mind if you have your cravings." She said. "Five minutes. I'll be ready by then."

She turned to face him and wrapped her arms around his neck, leaning in to pull his lips in a loving kiss. Shoto gladly returned it and held her waist to support her. As he was about to lick her lips for entrance, Kaiyo pulled away with a teasing smile and got off the bed.

She waltzed towards the wardrobe to take warmer clothes to use outside and disappeared behind the bathroom door, leaving Shoto craving more for her lips rather than cold soba now.
