"I got VIP tickets for Sumire-san and Ren-sama's movie! We will be sitting next to the cast!" Sonoko exclaimed in excitement as she showed Ran, Detective Mouri, the professor and the kids the tickets on her grasp, laughing out loud as she started to brag about it.
"Sonoko, settle down. People are starting to look this way." Ran sweatdropped at her friend as she look around the cafe.
"What movie is it, Ran-neechan?" Conan simply asked, perking the other kids' interest.
"I honestly have no idea what's the title nor the plot is..." Sonoko suddenly confessed.
"Sumire-kun's playing the main antagonist of the film while Fukuda-kun is one of the secondary character that will be like the main characters' advicer or something." Professor Agasa explained as Haibara showed an image of the poster of the movie in her phone that she just searched online.
"I didn't thought of Sumire-san as an actress who are into dark fantasies though." Detective Mouri voiced out his opinion, glancing at the actress actress the table who is sipping on her cup of cappucino.
"It's her first time doing this. It's always been mystery. Fukuda-san is her on-screen partner ever since she started ten years ago, so it makes sense that they're still together in this production." Haibara stated, earning a gasp of awestruck from the other three kids.
"Woah, she's pretty! So that's what her black dyed hair is for then."
"She arrived in Japan with ash blonde hair, so she only dyed her hair back to black to reshoot a scene or two."
"Sadly, there's a rumor that they didn't end up together though."
"What do you mean by that?"
"Some started calling the couple Sumire-san and Ren-sama potrayed as star-crossed lovers as each and every pairing they both act as always doesn't end up together." Sonoko explained with an obviously excited smile plastered on her face.
"Ara~ You shouldn't spoil yourself." Sumire finally speak up, smiling a bit at the group as she stood up from her spot beside her shrunkened brother.
"Let's all get ready, shall we? Make sure to dress as if you're a star youself, alright?" Sumire reminded before she exited the cafe, nodding towards Rei in goodbye.
Then hours later they watched the story of the supposedly star-crossed lovers.
