(Y/n) pov
I just barely finished cleaning up a table when I certen someone walked through the door
"Danny!" I run to hug him.
"Hey, beautiful." Danny hugs me back, kissing my forehead.
"(Y/n), who's this?" Diane glares a little.
"This is my Danny." I smile.
"Yeah, we all saw him help you with some difficult customers yesterday." King says.
"Guess I did kinda make a scene." Danny's face goes a little pink.
"I would have helped you too if I didn't think you could have easily kick there asses if you wanted to." diane pouted
"Wait (y/n)! What's with the ring?!" King asks
"She's been wearing it since she got back yesterday." gowther says with no emotion
"An engagement ring, correct?"
"Yeah," I blush.
"Didn't you just meet yesterday!?" Diane panics
"No, no," I laugh a little.
"(Y/n) who is this guy?" Melodies asks.
"He's someone I've known my whole life." I smile at Danny.
"Tell us you hole love story." I hear Elizabeth.
"Well, we grew up together. we had our first kiss when we were 13" I start.
"Then we had our first official date when (y/n) turned 18" Danny continues.
"But then one day Danny disappeared and and months later everyone stopped looking for him and was announced dead" I explaine.
"Years passed before I finally found my way back home but when I got there I found out she was dead, Then yesterday we found each other again and i proposed with the same ring i was going to use to propose to her years ago" Danny completes the story.
"Awe~ I'm so happy for you!" Elizabeth smiles at us.
"I think we need to get to know you better before we let you marry our (Y/n)." diane gets uncomfortable close to Danny, glaring at him.
"I already got permission from her father." Danny takes a step back.
"You should at least have dinner with us so we can properly get to know you." King tells him.
"Ok, that shouldn't be a problem." Danny replies.
"But (y/n) you can't come." Melodies adds.
"What? Why not?" I squint.
"You might use your magic to influence our decision." diane says.
"Fine, have your dinner. I'll go into town and have more fun." I say, trying not to laugh
"No way you might lose all your money!" King yells
"Then what else could I do?" I asked
"You'll just have to stay in your room until we've reached our decision" diane said
"W-what decision?" I ask
"I don't know yet we'll see after dinner" diane tells me
